I’ve been using the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro for a while now, and it’s easily the most versatile countertop appliance I’ve owned. It combines the functions of an air fryer, toaster oven, pizza oven, dehydrator, and more—all in one sleek stainless steel unit. - Cooking Performance: Everything comes out evenly cooked thanks to the Element IQ heating system. Breville ovens are pricey, but I guess you have to spend some time with one to see why. The controls are relatively intuitive and easy to use. The oven works great! It's obviously quality made. Nice features like a chime to let you know the oven has reached preheated temperature, A light that comes on automatically when preheat temperature is reached and a little bit BEFORE the cook/toast cycle is complete so that you can see if your food might be done early. It fits relatively well on the counter. It's not really small, but is really reasonably sized considering the capacity. I find the chime just right, not too loud/not too quiet and the tone is pleasant and not annoying.

I am very pleased with my new toaster oven! The price was decent, my only disappointment, was that at all the stores I visited to compare prices, none of that stores discount coupons, could be used on this brand. Anyway, I had purchased another brand, from another store, and within a month, the function button lettering color was literally wearing off! Luckily, I was able to return it. Before I did, I researched other brands and really liked the reviews for this product. After purchase, I could not wait to open it. As i did, it did not disappoint. I love everything about it. It has a beautiful silver exterior, the same with the interior which has a light and the rack extends when you open the door - very convenient and It's easy to clean. So far, I've only used it to make homemade pizza, using a high temp. bake setting, and cookies, using the cookie setting ... both cooked perfectly. So far, I am very happy that I chose this Breville Smart Oven Pro.

Loving this oven, design and performance! Breville also gave us amazing costumer service. Soon after purchase, someone broke the lower back element. This was their fault and nothing to do with the oven. But Breville replaced the element at no cost. I thought this was incredible customer service and wanted to write this review in appreciation. Despite it being user error, they went the extra mile and I am thrilled to use this work horse in my kitchen.

We use the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro multiple times a day, and it has easily become a staple in our kitchen. With a generous internal capacity, it accommodates everything from large trays of vegetables to family-sized pizzas or full chicken roasts without feeling cramped. The versatility is impressive: with 13 pre-programmed settings and a “super-convection” airflow system, it can function as a toaster oven, an air fryer, a pizza oven, a dehydrator—whatever the meal demands. The build is solid, the controls are intuitive and reliable, and the “Element IQ” heat-distribution system ensures consistent results with minimal fuss. Cleaning is straightforward too—removable pans and trays make maintenance quick and painless. In short: easy to use, dependable, and flexible enough to handle whatever meal challenge arises during the day.

I love this oven. It heats up quickly, it's temperature is accurate, it's quiet (despite what other posters have written). I read the manual several times, so I know how to use it properly. That matters because one should know things like rack position, whether to use convection (or super-convection), whether to use "bake" or "roast", and so forth. I also enjoy the air fryer, which is new to me. Yes, it really crisps up those fries as well as eggplant slices for parmesan. I clean it as best as I can, but like any oven, it's going to accumulate some "schmutz" that's hard to clean. It is what it is. Yes, buy it!

really like this Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro... surprisingly, we haven't used it as much for air frying as we thought we would. instead, we've used the slow cook feature more and the toast function the most. having just bought it not that long ago, we haven't had too much experience with it and have yet to use all of the functions. but it works well... having said that, because it has SO many functions it is as they say a jack of all trades, a master of none. take for instance the toast function. it works but it's not the best at it. sure, it's good that you can customize how dark you want your toast and the number of slices. the thing is it doesn't toast evenly for all pieces of toast depending on where it's placed on the pan. we haven't dialed that in just yet for how to make sure the toast is more consistent for all pieces. i think with more experience we'll be better able to determine this. for certain other functions where the convection option is avail, the consistent cooking is probably better handled. all in all, we're satisfied with the product

We really like this Oven Pro: from the interior light to the many settings that allow baking, toasting and roasting all kinds of different dishes. The first caution here is the door. It is supposed to be able to stay open a crack but the spring that makes this happen is very fragile and can be broken. The display model at our Best Buy does not stay open, the one at another store does. You have to be very diligent in not allowing the door to slam shut. You need to close it carefully. We are used to banging and letting go so this was a new hard to learn to remember habit. The other caution is to make sure you leave a lot of space all around this oven for clearance to let hot air out. The first oven pro we had, my husband constantly shoved it against the backsplash, and had other items crowding on the sides. After several arguments about following the instructions, our oven's fan started to malfunction. We could not use the oven safely. It got overheated and from there it was all over. We now have this one from Best Buy with the added Replacement Warranty. Our oven is working fine (except the door..it came broken) and it is a dream. We considered bringing it in to get replaced but the likelihood of everyone remembering not to let the door go is not great. So we decided not to replace. It is worth the price, although we waited til Breville put it on sale and everyone had it for $269. Best Buy had the Replacement Warranty which is well worth the extra cost.

I absolutely love Breville products. I had the regular toaster oven and upgraded to this one with the air fryer. It’s bigger and beautiful. I love how the shelf in this one also pulls out as you open the door. I haven’t got to use it yet but I loved my first one and this one seems to have beautiful qualities as well. I can’t wait to try the air fryer

Fantastic product! When I discovered this extra large size I had to get it for my kitchenette. I’m able to fit full casserole pans, half sized cookie sheets, and even my Dutch oven in there. The timer can be set to hours vs just minutes on other toaster ovens. This countertop oven is designed to handle way more cooking than any others I’ve seen on the market and I know of some super impressive home chefs who use it religiously. Durability seems good so far but I’m not thru my first year of owning it. Easy to clean and looks pretty on my counter.

The one negative is that it's not as good as our regular toaster oven for toasting - it's slower, and because the whole thing has to heat up, probably less efficient. But it's great at air frying as well as everything else an oven does. It only takes about 4-1/2 minutes to heat up to 425˚, compared to at least 15 for our regular oven. I've been using it almost every day. It's very easy and intuitive to use, and I've been very happy with the results. It seems that some of the negative comments are because of the original list price, which isn't current. Of course it's more expansive than a small stand-alone air fryer, but it's much more versatile - without giving up the quality of its air frying.

We are very happy with our new Breville Toaster Oven. The controls are very easy to use. And our 3 favorite features are that when you open the door it partially pulls out the tray automatically for you, making it easier to reach you food. I also like that the light comes on when there is 30 seconds left in the cooking. Lastly, the tray at the bottom that collects all your spillovers/crumbs easily removes from the front of the unit. Making overall cleanup very simple. We are very happy. My only gripe is that the spring attached to the door is slightly too strong and will sometimes slam closed when you release the door to close it. If this was ever adjusted I would rate the unit a perfect score.

After our beloved Cuisinart stopped working, we did some research on new air fryers. Wirecutter did not disappoint on this recommendation. Although it was much bigger, this air fryer is amazing in all ways. It looks intimidating at first glance with all of the dials and settings. But, it's surprisingly easy to use and the end result is amazing every time. With the larger size, the cooking time has definitely increased. But, I'm amazed at how well this unit cooks the food evenly and bread is toasted perfectly. And with the larger size, we rarely have to use our built-in oven! This unit might cost a little more than others, but it's well worth the price!!

Love this mini oven, it’s great if you’re making small serving sized meals or even if you want to bake a cake without heating up an entire oven. The size is not too big, not too small; it’s just right. It does everything except air fry but i’m glad that it doesn’t because that could cause your oven to stain with grease and it’s incredibly difficult to clean so I highly recommend this oven.

This Breville Smart Oven is the perfect size. Great for when you don't want to fire up your large oven and perfect for making cookies, pizzas, reheating leftovers and air frying your favorite apps for game day! Honestly, this oven does it all, and does it very well! Just wish it was a bit easier to keep the interior clean from splatters. I give it a 10 out of 10 either way!

Works extremely well. Pros: Heats up fast Large enough to fit a pizza in it Lots of settings for diffent types of food (proofing for dough is very helpful) Cons: None other than a large footprint.
