Simple yet provides for a lot of features. The Breville convection oven provides very even cooking and with many many settings, it takes the guesswork out of deciding how long and what temp to cook something. I would prefer if it came with a second rack to maximize the space. Seems like you can purchase this directly from Breville, but its often out of stock.

Love it! It’s a great size to supplement your kitchen oven space. Yes, it’s pricey, but I was fortunate to have purchased it while on sale. Be aware that the photos online show it with multiple baskets. However, it only comes with one. Regardless, highly recommended.

Replaced my toaster with the Breville Smart Oven Pro and have been completely satisfied with the quality and additional options not available with a toaster. Has eliminated the frequent use of our microwave as well!

I am very satisfied with Breville Smart Oven Pro, its design, functionality, and performance. Great oven to cook with, from pizzas, toasts, to anything we want to prepare that fits its size. Very versatile. Great item in our kitchen.

Oven is a step up from my older Cuisinart which was a real workhorse for me. It has many more features and seems to cook more evenly. I’m still familiarizing myself with its operation in terms of temperature settings and cooking times. I’ve only owned the oven for a few weeks but so far very impressed. My former Cuisinart lasted about 15 yrs without any problems but It was time to upgrade, very satisfied so far. Would highly recommend.

These is first time I bought item from Breville after doing lots of research. It looks very nice on the counter. Works very well. Made toast which came out crusty outside and soft inside. Lots of feature and easy to use. I have not tried all features yet but look forward to use all the features.

Love it :). Food cooks evenly. I use a 2nd thinner bamboo board on top of the recommended thicker bamboo board and extend it further to the left of the oven - just more heat protection for under my wooden cupboards. Read your manual. Really helps to get you cooking well and enjoying it. 13”x9” pan with NO handles fits perfectly. So far I have only baked on rack position #6 - cake, meatloaf, etc. Have had it in use about 2 weeks. Love it! Cooked meatloaf uncovered glass loaf dish with pizza pan underneath it. Worked well. Check on food about 8 minutes early - it may be done. Enjoy!

A great kitchen helper at a great price. Have used it for toast, baking and warming so far. Looking forward to cooking through the whole menu of things that it can do.

This is our second Breville and same model. Have used the first one a lot more than I thought I would, from the air fryer to proofing my bread, it’s very versatile! I’m just learning about how to adjust the timing with the convection options, but like how much faster it cooks! I don’t expect to be converting back to much conventional oven use with gas anymore . Great quality!

after much research, my wife and I bought our Breville convection oven a few years ago and absolutely love it. Very well built and hold up well. Not difficult to clean and uses much less power than are full size oven. we even bought one for my wife’s father who is an older gentleman that needs something easy to use and easy to clean. I highly recommend Breville.

All of my kids use it! They are 14 and 8. We use is daily! Have had it for about 3-4 years now snd would save it if there was a fire!lol Suggestion: to add foil to bottom drip tray to save on clean up. Easiest machine in my house. Just with they gave more than the 2 racks since you could use 4. Its a lot wider than other toaster ovens so that help when looking for additional trays.

Being older and single this will pay for itself. Why heat that huge oven. This thing fits it all without wasting space. Super efficient and accurate. Nothing like that German engineering and precision. This thig has it all and it is perfect. I can see me using it daily.

OK, did a test this morning in a dark kitchen (20 amp circuit) and indeed the light and fan speed go up and down as the burners kick in and out. This was on a 20 amp circuit so I need another user to try the same thing. Customer service said this was normal, After the oven gets to the desired temperature in bake, observe the light brightness and fan speed in a dark kitchen. You have to have good hearing but if you are in the dark the light dimming is noticeable if you can see at all. Almost like it has an undersized power supply and the 900 does not do that as far as I can tell. Will check it later.

This oven takes the place of so many appliances I have in my kitchen

Really good toaster/oven that works as advertised. Researched quite a bit before pulling the trigger, after having two mediocre experience on knee-jerk buys because "we needed a toaster".. This feels and works much better. Still learning temp control and outcomes but can already see a much more uniform and controlled heating and baking experience. Can't wait to try some recipes that I wouldn't dare try on lesser models.

This is an excellent oven it completely replaces my large oven and does a better job cooking as well. I love the air fry and slow cooker functions two less dedicated appliances taking up space in a small kitchen. Highly recommended.

I have had this oven for only a few weeks now but my whole family loves it. We have used it to bake, toast, air fry, and proof. It’s quiet, fast, and very easy to use. The controls are easy to maneuver. It is a nice looking appliance and looks great on the counter. My family will use toast and bake the most but I will personally enjoy the proof option. I have used that already and am in love with it! We needed to replace an old toaster and decided to splurge on this because of all the additional options it has. I really like that it has 2 baking racks instead of one and room for 4 if you buy additional trays for dehydrating. I hope to enjoy this for a long time to come!

We purchased this in Dec 2019 and literally use it daily and have used all the functions. Everything is working like new. It is a great oven and has massive capacity. We have baked whole chickens. A medium sized oven pan can fit in here so you can do a lot of appetizers, cookies whatever and hears up very fast.

We're really happy with this oven. I haven't yet tried the air fryer, but the toaster and the convection oven work really well. It's well-designed, the controls are simple to figure out, and it's easy to clean. I can fit a cast iron pan in it and even a full-size muffin tin. Terrific product!

An excellent choice for those wanting the best & most versatile "toaster oven." This puppy is big, but not quite up to a large turkey. The carton is HEAVY but the unit is a manageable weight. I'm still organizing my tiny kitchen around this but look forward to enjoying all sorts of goodies not possible with my old oven.
