I purchased this model on 1/2/23 and on 1/6/25 I tried to contact Breville Customer Service. The door on the unit at times will not close plus when baking or air frying, once the preheat completes the timer just blinks and will not start. I’ve contacted many appliance repair companies and they will not service Breville products. I created a new case on the Breville web site and have heard nothing. I called customer service and no one answered. To all, DO NOT BUY A BREVILLE PRODUCT!

I loved the toaster oven it would get the job done but sadly we returned it because the door kept getting stuck a lot and we had to return it,the worst part it wasnt in stock anymore and it still isnt so we cant get the same one.Very Disappointed

The unit is easy to use and functions as advertised. The airfryer cooks food evenly, however, the preheating time needs to be shorter (faster). Overall I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

This is the second time I've purchased this product. The first one lasted ten years and worked very, and so I was happy to purchase a new one.

This compact smart oven is a great and versatile upgrade from my old toaster oven. Great alternative to heating a large oven, especially in the summer heat.

Have been using this to take the place of my miele range which is broken. Has done a great job for everything from frozen pizza to air frying wings to toast. Really great all around oven.

Still getting used to the air fryer, but happy with it so far. The oven/air fryer has so many uses from toasting bread to frying fish. The various rack levels are a great plus. I wish the oven came with a few recipes and cooking times.

Awesome!! I love this item, it is my go to for all my meals. The only down side I have found is that there is an issue with the door hinge hitting/bending the spring that registers that the door is shut which makes it to where the timer setting will not work. I've seen that it is a known issue (from users) and there are several YouTube videos on how to fix it -- just have to take the time to take it apart.

This countertop oven is gorgeous and does it all! It is a little large, so make sure you measure first. If you don’t have enough clearance between oven and the cabinets, the Breville cutting board is a good option.

Great product this is the 3rd one. One in Maryland one in flordia and one was a house warming gift. If you want a dependable small oven get this brand

This is my third Breville oven. They are great! I wouldn’t recommend the air fryer option , but every other setting is great

Versatile, precise, large capacity, yet simple to use. 12" Pizza? No problem. Bake, broil, slow cook, everything but rotisserie. Simple controls allow you to vary the presets any way you like. Highly recommended!

I bought the Breville - Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro Convection Toaster/Pizza Oven (Stainless Steel) as a supplement to our primary oven. The build quality is top notch and it works as advertised - just pricey.

So far I haven't made too many things. It's toasts well, but because it's bigger than my last Breville, it takes longer. However, because it's bigger, I'm sure there are a lot more things I can cook in this one.

So easy to use my pre teens and 7 yr old all use independently! I trust them more than i do thr microwave! Now buying a second one for the camper!!

Efficient and easy to use, this has largely replace my conventional oven, except when it is helpful to use both simultaneously at different temperatures. Now I would not know what to do without it!

After purchasing a 100 year old fixer upper with the tiniest kitchen imaginable I decided my cooking needs were so minimal that a countertop oven with a built in stove top would suffice so I had the old electric stove that came with the house hauled off and put in desperately needed cabinets along the 6 ft wall. Owning a Breville juicer and coffee grinder I spent several weeks researching all their convection ovens before purchasing this. I had been air frying my salmon filets in a little $20 air fryer and wanted that function but after 2 unsatisfactory tries on the Breville I’ve retrieved the cheap one from the depths of my basement. The lack of instructive material included with a $400 oven that obviously has a learning curve is mind blowing not to mention no recipe book, the $20 one came with a small recipe book but Breville apparently wants you to pay for their cooking lessons. So back to the internet to find help on how to use the behemoth and the consensus was to put an oven thermometer inside and see how the oven setting matches the thermometer readout. I started at the automated bake setting which came up as 350 but when the preheat was finished my thermometer read 225. I left it in and kept going back to check but gave up after 30 minutes when the thermometer topped out at 250. Judging from that experiment I’ll need a few weeks to test every setting and have to do a lot of recording of Breville temps to actual temps before cooking my favorite things such as cheesecake. Unfortunately I’ve gone past the return period so I can’t return it and it could be sometime before I’ll feel safe using it successfully. Tossing overdone salmon was pretty irritating, not to mention the terrible smoking and spattering all over the coils when I attempted to broil the salmon instead of air frying. Here’s hoping I’ll be able to join all the exuberant Breville owners at some point in time but for now I’m not a happy camper.

Having a great time with this. Almost never use the range anymore. The only downside is the toaster is SLO-O-OW
