We have owned/used this oven for over 6 months and have yet to find any short coming.

I'm still on the fence about it. It takes 20 minutes on the reheat feature to reheat a chicken breast. 10 minutes to reheat broccoli. Also, the temperature is off by 50°, which apparently, is normal. Unfortunately, it's too late to return it. I haven't tried any of the other features yet, so maybe it will redeem itself when I do.
