We use our toaster oven multiple times a day, and I bought this one for its versatility. I’m still learning to bake with the convection oven, which requires some experimentation to figure out how hot and how long to bake, compared to my big gas oven. Breville doesn’t provide any guidelines to help with that, so there’s a learning curve. My first experiment with the air dryer failed. We did Brussels sprouts in it for Thanksgiving and they mostly just dehydrated, so that’s taking some experimenting as well. Next I tried air frying some sweet potato fries. These were quite small “fries” made in my food processor. The smaller pieces turned black, but the rest crisped up fairly nicely on the outside and tasted wonderful, with no fat. Delicious! I bake whole wheat scones or biscuits two or three times a week, and while I’m still hunting for the sweet combination of time and temperature in the convection oven, my pastries have so far turned out rather well. This oven holds a full 12-cupcake muffin tin and a 9x13 pan. I have used both from my kitchen. Muffins turned out okay. I used a Pyrex 9x13 pan to bake potatoes au gratin. They did fairly well, though the cream curdled. I’m not sure if that had to do with the temperature or some other factor. The reheat function works well for small quantities of food. You have to set the timer longer for a small casserole or thicker food, such as a lasagne. So far I’ve used the phased cooking twice, and that is lovely. Being able to reheat or cook a dish in the oven, then pull it out, sprinkle with cheese and/or breadcrumbs and pop it back in to broil—well that’s just super nice. There’s a lot to this oven, and I’m just learning, so I can’t say how it will turn out, but first impressions are good. I’d give it five stars if Breville provided more videos and/or tips on using each of the features. It’s frustrating having to figure it out with little to no advice in the manual or online.

We have had three now. The only reason for so many is we have two houses. Our first one lasted about 14 years and we had to buy the new one and we loved it so much that we bought it for our house in Oregon. Cooks thoroughly and evenly. Quick and easy to use. Made muffins, cookies, love cooking chicken breast because it doesn’t dry out. It last about 11 months before the bottom burners went out. The filament itself didn’t break, I think it’s from the circuit board. Luckily bought Best Buy warranty and swapped it in store.

Worth the money. This oven is easy to use and cooks much better than the cheaper ovens. Perfect size. Glad I made the purchase.

I’m in love with this oven! Just trying to get used to the different settings and how to bake in it as compared to a normal oven. But that’s not a criticism of the item itself. It’s beautiful and a wonderful addition to my kitchen.

Breville Smart Oven Pro Convection Oven works well. It basically does anything that a person would want a portable electric oven to do. It looks good, and the controls are all on the right front and easy to follow: Function, Time, and Temperature. The instructions are easy to follow. Look at the Pro Air model for air frying. Good buy.

Excellent product! This is the third Breville oven I have purchased over the years and all have been great. This model has the additional feature of an Air Fryer, which is a very nice feature, which I will use often.

Love this Breville product. It seems to do it all, default settings (temp and time) listed by category. The default settings are easily "fine-tuned" to personal preference. Although not large enough for a turkey, it handles anything else. I highly recommend this device.

I love that I’m able to choose from a variety of uses all in one. We’ve had it for some time now and it still works wonderfully. The baskets are easy to change out and the magnetic strips on the side are sooo helpful and makes it easy to have the rack pull out to grab my food out.

I live alone and am not a cook. This oven makes trying to cook fun. Just made some beef jerky and some stuffed peppers. Easy to clean. Just add some aluminum foil for drippings. Great purchase.

Amazing product! Mainly use this when cooking now. Great options for cooking and using the air fryer! Looking forward to using the pizza trays. Makes cooking for 1 much easier. Highly recommend this product to anyone who wants simple cooking and clean up!

Oven is sleek, modern and attractive. We love our Breville toaster oven and air fryer. It is extremely easy to use and clean. Settings are simple to understand, giving a breeze to use and a quick learning curve.

This has been a great purchase. There are only two of us and the toaster oven is great for making a small pizza or anything we would typically throw in the oven. It heats up quick, cooks evenly, and is so versatile with different settings.

We just love this small oven. We use it all the time, from toasting bread and pop tarts to baking french fries and reheating pizza, etc. It's super convenient and easy to use too. The pre-set settings make it almost fool-proof. You won't be dissapointed. Highly recommended!

We bought this appliance for use in a rather small kitchen. After much investigation, it seemed to be a good choice for us. Is very full-featured and will take over tasks which were reserved for the oven or toaster. An excellent product, very well made. Really have no negative comments...expect to have this for a long time.

Breville is a quality product fits on counter top plus looks good

I love this oven!! The Air Fryer works great as well as everything else. It's very spacious. I basically use this as my main oven in the summertime when I don't want to heat up the whole house. I had a Breville toaster over for about 10 yrs and upgraded to this one for the air fryer feature and am very happy I did!

The unit is great, a little large on the counter but it works well for every day. Only two of us so we use it nearly daily rather than heating up our fullcsize oven. Very happy with it.
