Since our purchase we hardly use our gas oven any more. This one is more convenient, easier, and produces better results. Love the cookie mode and pizza mode especially. Roasting makes veggie prep so easy. Just lil olive oil and salt and pepper, then roast for 20 mins at 400. So good.

The value price and features offered in this Breville Smart Oven Pro make it the best countertop oven. If you don't need the additional features offered in the higher priced higher end Breville models...get this one. Heats up quickly, cooks food evenly, and easy to keep clean.

This product is 3 times more expensive than regular small oven, but this design is users’ friendly, you don’t need to read the instructions be able to use it. Also this can be oven or toaster, you don’t need another toaster to take the space of the kitchen counter top.

Absolutely the best toaster I have ever owned. Wanted one of these for the last two years and finally bought it. So much easier to use than the entire oven. Cooks very evenly and a very top quality product.

Very well built unit. the racks & pans are much more heavy duty than others we looked at. The air fryer rack dis stain when it states that it is supposed to be stainless steel - so far that is my only complaint. Easy to use controls and good display screen. Easy to clean with slide out crumb tray.

After installing a new double oven I decided that I didn't need my previous Breville Smart Oven any longer, but I was sorely mistaken. I missed it every single day and because I had given away my older model, I had to buy a new one. While looking, I was excited to find a model that included an air fryer and I have zero regrets. We use this oven daily to toast, bake, warm, or air fry and rarely even turn on the big ovens. I've never experienced one issue with this one or my older model and I had it for many years. An added bonus is that it looks great sitting on the counter. I'll never again go without one!

Great buy! Mainly use it to toast bread, hear up pizza and bake chicken cutlets.

The new Breville Smart Oven quickly became our go-to kitchen appliance. It has so many functions that we haven’t been able to use all of them in the month since the marvelous device was delivered. We’ve toasted bread, bagels and English muffins — all done to perfection thanks to the Breville’s settings buttons. We’ve roasted chickens baked pizzas, cooked cornbread, and broiled salmon —all with ease. We tried out the air-fry function for fried chicken, and were most pleased with the results. This Breville handles all the tasks our big oven does, and more. Its compact size has a relatively small countertop footprint, and the two racks area big help when making bacon for a family brunch. Our old Breville oven served us well for almost a decade, but this new model boasts many bells and whistles — such as the dehydration function —that we’re hoping to try out over the next decade. This appliance is well worth its cost.

I’m a big fan of Breville products, and this is one that I will always have in my kitchen. I upgraded the previous Breville oven for this model due to the bigger size and extra functions such as dehydrating and air frying. So far I’ve been really enjoying this oven, and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. It has been a huge help since I’ve been able to make pretty much most of the meals in it without having to use my big oven. This oven heats up fast and cooks food evenly. It’s easy to clean, I’ve used it to make dinners as well as bake cookies or roast veggies. I highly recommend it!

This is our 2nd Breville Convection Oven. We were very pleased with our old oven and even more pleased with the new one. We like that it is easier to clean and that it has a light that comes on about the time that it is finished with what is in it cooking.

I wanted to find the best air-fryer in the market and came across this Breville. I've been using this oven for over 6 months and am thrilled to announce that it lives up to its name and price tag. Yes, the price is very expensive, but you are paying for stainless steel, smart technology along with an all-in-one-system. Even though I have a great oven, I tend to use this to bake, heat up food and air-fry on a regular basis. I've also used this product to set my dough and make pizza. It's truly a great product that is high quality. Looks great in my kitchen and goes with all my stainless steel appliances. Easy to clean as well and easy to use.

Large capacity and easy to use, the reminder music when it ended cooking is very helpful .

This is my 3rd oven in 15 yrs, 2 of them I gave to friends still in working condition. You will throw away your microwave after using this oven.

Lots of great features and options. Easy to clean and alot of cooking options, only wish would be for a louder buzzer.

I had the Breville Mini Toaster Oven for several years until it started to get errors at higher baking temperatures. I like the oven overall so I decided to upgrade to the Smart Oven Pro. It’s much nicer with a larger capacity and nicer features and a light. So far it’s been working great!

I bought this to replace a Cuisinart oven/toaster/air fryer. The Cuisinart began to malfunction after only 9 months when the dials would not work correctly until it got to a point where only the bake/convection setting was working. The Breville’s dials are to the side of the oven door so they should not deteriorate like the Cuisinart whose dials were above the door. The construction of the Breville is definitely more solid and the electronic display is far superior. The capacity of the Breville is also greater and easily accommodates 16 inch pan while the Cuisinart was limited to 12. One word of caution is that the Breville bakes items faster than the recommended time by about 20%. Overall it is a great product!
