So far, it's been excellent. The programs work well. There's some need to adjust oven instructions to the faster convection oven- I find taking 25 degrees off the temperature or 2-5 minutes off the cook time usually works. The only issue I've had was that I did try cooking a 12# turkey in it. I followed the instructions from their cookbook (not included in the box), but the breast came out dry and the thighs undercooked. I think it will work better for chicken.

We had a previous model, but the bigger size makes such a difference! I love this oven!

I LOVE this smart oven! I use it every day. I don't remember the last time I used my big oven. I love the fast convection option. It really speeds up cooking. It is quick to warm up as well. It looks amazing and it fits full size 24 count muffin pans.

I love this oven. I had purchased an Emeril oven and sent it back for malfunction. Im glad I got refund and bought the Brevelle. You can fit a 13x9 pan inside easily. The non-stick interior is a must, even though the reflectors that surround the quarts elements are not non-stick and get burnt food on them that wont clean off. In that case, use a drip pan under food. The controls are exceptionally smooth and intuitive. The ability to proof and dehydrate also separates this oven from others. One thing it is missing is a rotisserie. The toast function works great for both toast and bagels. 2 speed convection fan is nice .On top of all of this, the stainless steel oven looks great on the counter.

The Breville Smart Oven is absolutely the best toaster oven on the market. I use it every day, not only for making toast, I do most of my baking with it as well. I have a built in double oven that I rarely use any more. It takes forever to heat up and when it does get hot, it releases a lot of hot air into the kitchen when I open the door. The Breville Smart Oven heats quickly and efficiently. It bakes evenly. Pizzas are done perfectly. I like it so much I bought one for my son and daughter. The only downside is that it takes longer to anything than a conventional toaster. But it does toast evenly with multiple settings for the toaster.

Either one of those devices that are an accessory in your kitchen but definitely need it. Made my life so much easier very convenient easy to clean durable well-made I took my time looking for this one fits everything I want it is still small

Very best Oven on the market. This is my 3rd Breville Smart Oven. I have been using them for years. Large enterier, works beautifully. Broils, bakes, toasts and dry-cooks fries. Wouldn't be without it.

Works great and easy to use. I'd rather have this than my full size oven. Precise controls and easy to read LCD. My only problem is how expensive it is.

We’re replacing the same oven. Saves us electricity. We seldom turn on big oven. Everything from baking chicken to making yogurt.

To start, its only real flaw is that its pretty huge. Otherwise this thing is great, cooks everything even and fast, so much so you will need to turn down your cook times on most dishes. Super happy with it!

This is such a wonderful addition to my kitchen. Super easy to clean. Has so many functions in it. I am not using my regular oven under stove anymore.

Fantastic little convection oven! This little oven works great for air frying chicken wings, tater tots, asparagus etc. Just remember when you air fry chicken wings to put something under the tray to catch the grease so it doesn’t start smoking. I’ve also baked chicken in it and sweet potatoes and boy were they good! I use this little oven all the time now when I’m making smaller portions although it fits in enough for 2 to 3 people depending on what you are cooking. I do have to turn the toaster setting up higher than normal but that’s OK because I really wanted this oven for baking and air frying. Love it!

Very easy to use. Just bought it and have already used it to roast and reheat chicken and make pizza. Controls make it so easy to cook items correctly.

This is just a lovely product. It is perfect for reheating food, dehydrating things, and baking small batches of things. It isn't great for cooking big things or for things that take a long time to cook, but as long as you keep your expectations in check it works just exactly what I need it to. There is two things that would make it perfect. I wish it was a bit bigger with better insulation to keep the exterior from getting as hot as it does. I also wish that there was a bit of cover over the heating elements to keep them from getting dirty. I got one of these as a gift for my dad and I liked it so much that I got one for myself! Money well spent.

I wanted this oven but it was rarely in stock. I was finally able to get it at Best Buy. What a delight it has been. It does take a bit longer to toast 2 slices, when you are toasting more (up to 9), you really see the benefit. Of course toasting is just the tip of the iceberg with this great little oven. It excels at Air frying, dehydrating, baking, warming, etc. The design is very thoughtful and it feels well made. The only thing to watch for is the top and sides get very hot on the outside. I'm so happy with this Breville device, that I bought their Microwave too!

I love my Breville Smart Oven! It has many different functions and is so easy to use. Now, I rarely use my built-in oven in my kitchen. The Breville oven can do the same job and faster....it's perfect!

Such a quality product. Love the size, especially that a 1/4 sheet pan fits. Love that it has an oven light. Interior coating makes clean up easier. Awesome!

This is the best toaster oven I've ever owned. It is truly a second oven. We've been able to bake small batches of cookies in it as well as frozen pizzas. Everything cooks quickly and evenly.
