Awesome oven. Have always had a Breville toaster oven and upgraded to air fryer model. Love it!

My girlfriend is a huge baker. Living in rental apartments and moving from place to place it was difficult to get a feel for each apartments moisture levels and temperatures. This Breville's proof function is truly professional. You can regulate perfectly the levels you wish to achieve. Awesome oven.

This is a great oven/air fryer- I bought the extra air frying racks and can easily cook for 6-8 people without needing to double my cooking time. We've had it for 2 years and have enjoyed the versatility and reliability...With even cooking and plenty of power, this has been a product I would definitely recommend!

I am a single guy and this works great for me. It's like have a spare oven at half the operating cost. Ideal for small portions.

I purchased this countertop oven to replace a Breville I bought in 2005. This oven is very similar to my original, but a whole lot more. I haven’t had time to use the dehydrate and air fryer modes because I was on vacation soon after buying it, but I am looking forward to trying them. Breville makes a great product and I anticipate having it for 16 years like my first one.

Perhaps the single best kitchen appliance I have ever owned. So simple to use. Turn knobs to set the type, the temp, and the timing. Hit Start. Preheats in minutes. If you already have your food inside, it will cook during that time. So I often place food on the rack only after preheating. Otherwise flawless.

Works really well. The convection roast leaves meat crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We are still trying to figure out the right settings for reheating pizza, but with all the manual controls that are possible, we will get it right I am sure.

Works great. I highly recommend this product. Since I have reputation for burning leftovers, I tend to use the reheat setting more than any of the other settings and it works… Just a note that this is about 5 degrees hotter per setting than our previous Ninja in the same price range..

This item seems to be made well and very functional. I have not had time to use it as much as I would like.

I have stopped using my range oven because I love these so much. I have two, and keep one in my kitchen, and one in my outdoor cooking patio. The outdoor one is used most during the summer so that we don’t get any additional heat, and so that we can cook foods that create strong smells. All of the settings produce fantastic results. I’ll never buy any other brand!

We experience really hot summers and turning my oven on to bake something is not an option. Since purchasing the smart oven, I’ve been able to bake all different kinds of recipes beautifully! I was even able to fit a 13” Pullman loaf in there that came out even better than the ones I used to bake in my oven. I also baked a beautiful sourdough boule using a Dutch oven. Sold! This is worth every penny!

Bought this oven for the air fry option. It is so convenient to have an oven that does it all! Toast, bake, broil, roast and air fry, so far. Best crispy wings and so easy. Now I don’t have to heat up my whole kitchen whenever we want dinner or a snack. Bought optional 3 mesh air fry racks from Breville and can make huge amounts of wings or dehydrate fruit. Great product.

I love this airfyer. I use it more as a reheater and as an oven to bake. Its convenient and faster than our regular oven and it also has a convection and super convection option. If ours ever broke down, i would definitely re buy this verson or an upgraded version if ita available.

No really it does all that. I’ve been wanting this for a while so decided to treat myself to a grown up toaster but really it’s a lot more than that. In the week that I’ve had the unit it’s been used several times and I’m very happy with the BOV900. I cook at home a few times a week so this oven will get plenty of use over my main range. The preheat time is awesome, large capacity, and even cooking is awesome. Well worth the price tag and a solid Breville product.

Very nice and easy to use, clean, and arrange I've had air fryers and ovens before. This is absolutely the best!

I got rid of my toaster and no longer use my oven! I’ve used all the functions and can honestly say it was worth the money. Wish it was a easier to clean, but some Bar Keeper’s Friend seems to do the trick. Tip: keep foil wrapped around the crumb/drip tray.

We had a air fryer but it wouldn't do enough wings in one batch. A girlfriend suggested the Breville, she is a good cook so I figured it was worth a try. I absolutely love it, the wings are crispy and juicy and without oil. I can cook a full bag in one batch. I have done seasoned fresh potatoes all the way to my morning toast, pretty much everything is going in this now. No need to heat the big oven unless we have company and even then this is my first choice.

Bought it to replace using the oven for small items. Currently need to monitor the cooking process as it does seem to cook faster than a conventional oven. Part could be where to put the item. There are recommended positions for the racks but depending on what is cooking one position difference can improve the results. An example is that a thicker crust pizza seems to do better one position higher. Thus the learning curve to find out what works best for what you are cooking. Temperature settings and cooking time should also be played with to find your personal optimal setting.

Heats even and quickly. I can cook breakfast, lunch or dinner in the new toaster oven
