Really like all of the different features on the oven. It cooks quicker than my regular oven so I have to reduce the cooking time or temperature, depending on what I am baking. Only complaint is the entire unit gets very hot on the outside and is a bit dangerous for little ones that can reach countertop.

Love this toaster oven we use it for everything, very convenient so I don’t have to heat up the house to use the oven. Makes cooking and heating up items a breeze

LOVE this toaster oven! The bagels and toast come out perfect every time. Does great with pizza, too -- baking frozen or reheating leftover! I've been using toaster ovens for over 25 yrs and the Breville Smart Oven Pro is the best!!!

Definitely an upgrade from previous model. Used it for frozen pizza that cooked perfectly with the convection setting.

Great multi task oven. This oven does it all. We’ve toasted bread, cooked fries, made biscuits, heated up leftover pizza and even cooked rotisserie chicken.

This is a high tech and fancy oven. It works great so far. Hopefully, it would have a long life span. In general, high tech oven would have a much shorter life than those old fashion and simple ones.

Awesome; does everything advertised and does it well. It is a touch large. Also, buy some stainless steel cleaner for the outside.

I haven't tried all the options yet, but what I tried I liked. I used the pizza setting instead of the instructions on the packaging, and it didn't go as well. I will try going by the package instructions and see if it is better

I decided I wanted to get rid of our microwave. In it's stead I definitely wanted something that was multipurpose and this fits the bill. Breville is pricey but definitely hight quality.

I figured it was time to move up in the world and finally buy an air fryer. I originally intended to purchase the Ninja Foodi XL, but ultimately was won over by the extras like the knobs, screens, rack magnets, and the amazing reviews on this Breville. This looks and feels like a quality machine. It's so pretty. The selection knobs are fluid and smooth, the crumb tray conveniently accessed from outside the oven to avoid spillage inside, and the capability of hosting a full 9x13 casserole dish... *gasp* Unfortunately for me, that's where it starts and stops. I really wanted to love this. I reaaaaally wanted to. But in reality, this thing cooks so unevenly it's annoying. And because of that, you can't even appreciate the fact that it only took a couple minutes to come to temp (if it's even actually coming to temp that is). It smokes, condensation builds on the screen, and it's a super big pain in the butt to clean. What sealed the deal was, after having my own issues, I found out my aunt who has the same oven, is using hers as a bread box because it died after a couple of years, juuuust outside the warranty. After further digging, that's something that has happened to several other folks also. It seems that if you're one of the lucky ones, you get a machine that does everything it's supposed to and you fall in love. If not, you get a smoking, condensating, rotate, repeat, rotate, repeat, rotate, repeat, uneven cooking bread box. Mine is going back, and it appears I'll be checking out that Ninja after all.

Great versatility, hands down best oven and air fryer combo

Love it. Comes with a pizza pan, broiler pan and air fryer basket. Larger and runs hotter than toaster oven we replaced with it, yet still fits in the same area of the countertop.

First oven had a bad convection fan, but the second one was fine and we really like it.

I was hesitant with its small size, but I quickly found out the size is not an issue. I was still able to make lasagna, frozen pizza and a meatloaf in it. It works great...just keep an eye on your food because it does tend to cook a little faster.

Even though its on the expensive side, it worth it if you use it daily like a normal oven. The Air Fryer function is also an excellent feature that I was skeptical about at the beginning.

It’s pretty and shiny and pricey. For that price I expect it to at least toast and air fry properly. It takes 6-10 minutes to toast and don’t forget you have to flip it. Otherwise it’s not cooked on the bottom. For airfry it took almost 40 minutes to do a baked potatoe, 20-30 for frozen fries, chicken, shrimp. etc the rest of the settings while cool lost my confidence once the toaster and air fryer were not impressive.
