Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I waited until it went on sale in December '24 but even at the $100 reduced price of $399, I thought it was overpriced so 1 star off for value or lack thereof......it is now May 2025 and the unit is failing so 2 stars off for durability. It has started to cook inconsistently, settings I use every day such as toast randomly change as does the temperature.... it requires constant monitoring. The unit is not at all easy to clean, quite often the plug will get hot, there is no power switch ..... if you are going to air fry, get a dedicated air fryer as this one is more like a "bake with air circulation".... there is a warning on the air fryer rack that reads "Do not use with foods that will drip while cooking"...... so forget about air frying any kind of meat or anything coated in a batter. This is my first and last Breville product.

It reheats, bakes, fries, and keeps-warm and has basically replaced the use of both my microwave and wall ovens. Casseroles in 9x13" pyrex, cookies on cookie sheets, dinner plates, pizzas on rounds...it all fits just like the description says it should. And the interface is fool-proof. Its worth the up-spend from the "Pro" unit. Take note that there are two different ways to fry. Add a little oil spray and use the multipurpose "roast" pan or spare yourself cleanup from fatty things. Save the wire fry rack for dry things that won't drip fat or oil everywhere.
