Settings are very straightforward. Quality is excellent and customer service is without peer. I just sent my 12-year-old oven back to the company for repair. It was replaced with a like-new oven that was forwarded to my grandson for minimum cost.

It’s difficult to clean, which is my major issue with it and while Breville is known for making pretty solid good quality products overall, this one has some room for improvement.

It will cook all the things we were hoping for, however, it doesn't cook or toast evenly and that is never a satisfying outcome.
