Do not buy, broke within a year!

It made a loud pop from the back of the unit and it was completely fried. Reached out to Breville customer service and they said it costs $135 to service it. Obviously not wasting money on that, would rather buy a new one (not breville obviously). Shame on Breville for poor customer service on such an expensive product.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned d/t taking up too much counter space and gets very hot on the outside during operation.Bought because I cook a lot of frozen pizzas and thought it would be quicker/produce less heat than the oven in summer. But it takes just as long and gets hot around the sides and back, thus making more heat in the environment than my oven. This can also be a potential problem causing burns/fire hazard, (in my small kitchen).

I do wish the oven light would not automatically come on as it does at the end of the cooking cycle. It should be changed to only coming on when you press the button.

Awesome Oven

To say that my Breville convection toaster oven is a step up is a massive understatement. Where before I hesitated to use my oven for anything other than keeping things warm, I now find myself using it INSTEAD of my regular oven. Yep, it's that good. Would I recommend it? 100%

Can fit a 12 in pizza for the kids and other small items that the big oven isn’t worth waiting to preheat. Not bad over all not exceptionally great either.

Died 5 months after warranty expired.

Of course it died 5 months after the warranty (and the Geek Squad protection plan) expired. Go figure. :(

It’s big enough to fit just about anything you would want to cook. The controls are extremely easy to use. I would highly recommend this product.

So far, I have used it for air-frying vegetables and baking a roast. It cooked everything perfectly! I highly recommend buying it!!

The box is misleading. I have the exact same unit but only bigger, that I bought cheaper than this one. Idk why this smaller version cost $150 more and is half the size. Seams like they made a mistake. Do not buy. Doesn’t work very well and nothing fits. Unless you are only toasting bread. It’s not the one for you.

Poor quality

Everyone seems like every penny got paid only because they purchased an expensive item. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED when I opened the box and placed it on my countertop. I feel that I am so fooled. It. is. so. UGLY. The stainless steel frame of the door window is not even produced neatly. Light reflects off distorted on the framework showing there are ups and downs, everywhere. It looks like the material is very thin, so thin that it might be dented or distorted anytime, in any way. It looks even cheaper than my microwave. I checked other reviews and found their items show the exact same problem. I don't understand how they got satisfied with this kind of quality. Alright, some people might say "we care about functions, not the looking". I have to say it is noisy (not the loudest among the ovens that I have tried, but still, loud) and turns into a burning hot iron block during baking. This is not what I expected for a $400 product. With this material quality and functionality, this product is a joke. I returned it the same day I received it.

It baked evenly and well and the toaster does a great job. Have not used it for pizza yet. It fits perfectly on the counter top. Like the Stainless steel design.
