Huge disappointment! I purchased what I thought was a top-of-the-line air fryer to cook, among other things, chicken a more healthy way, as opposed to frying in oil. I turned to air fry instructions page, which states "don't use air fryer basket for meats with high fat content (e. g., chicken wings). To add insult to injury, I structions recommend using 9" x 13" rotating pan, which barely holds enough wings for one person's consumption. I spent hours on Amazon trying to find a larger roasting pan to catch drippings from using larger air fryer basket. What a huge disappointment.

Does not toast well at all. It takes a long to preheat, just for one slice of toast, and never does get brown. It is also VERY LOUD, even during something as simple as the preheat stage. Air Fryer feature is even louder. The "instruction" is nearly useless.

I purchased this for my wife but she seldom uses it. Preheat takes Longer than expected. It is small and the auto shutoff can be aggravating at times

We have had one of these ovens for several years that did not have the air fry feature. Decided to upgrade to this latest model and pass the old one - still very reliable after much use - on to one of my children to enjoy. Very pleased with this product and it’s additional air fry feature.

I was really excited to buy this air fryer, since breville’s product are excellent. But I was disappointed with this one, my 90 bucks air fryer does a better job air frying. You can’t airfry anything that drips, I didn’t read instruction and had my kitchen filled with smoke while trying to air fry my wings. Now it’s just a big expensive toaster sitting on my counter.

So happy with my new Smart Oven. I can finally look into the oven and see the golden goodness of my baked goods without bringing out the flashlight. Although the light could be brighter. The convection fan is much quieter too, thank you! Thanks to YouTubers, I learned tips on how to clean the inside of the oven and the basket.

Fantastic appliance. Toasts, bakes, roasts and air fries much better than anticipated. So far does not get as hot as others have reviewed. Wish it came with beginner recipes.

Good performance, the air fryer is the most popular feature I use at home. Chicken is cooked evenly, crispy on the outside but moisture inside. I truly recommend it

For the price I wouldn’t recommend this. I thought it had the air fryer function. All it is is an expensive toaster

We have used this for baking bread and cookies, & air frying sweet potato fries. Left over pizza comes out nice and crispy! Toast, grilled sandwiches are quick and easy (and we have only had it a short time!) Takes the place of a microwave, toaster, & air fryer.

A nice step up from previous oven. Good size. Really like Breville quality. Saves us a lot of heating of larger oven. Best Buy sale made it a good decision.

Good but not as good as a regular oven. Must not place food too close to heat. Otherwise, sparked start flying while broiling.

Such a great product! We had the smaller version and wanted to upgrade to the larger for Thanksgiving at our house. We're very pleased with the purchase!

It's great! I'm so happy to get all the different gadgets off my counter and have one that works better than any of the others, and looks great too.

Bought this oven for my mother 2 days before Thanksgiving. She's not tech-savvy at all but managed to master using it for the Thanksgiving dishes!

Breville always has such good quality! You can toast or cook pretty much anything. Being from NY then moving to Florida we miss really good crispy bread. With this Breville toaster/oven the bread comes out AMAZING! Never burnt- just perfect !

Three days in it malfunctioned, contacted Breville & their customer service is none existent. Today, the heating element is not working, and I purchased on 10/3/23. I’ll never buy anything Breville again.

Too expensive I really like the unit size but is not worth it quality is overall and the digital display looks great

Great upgrade from our previous Breville toaster oven. Love the added features, air fryer , inside light, and considerably more oven space

Ours failed after less than six months with a loud grinding sound from the fan. We are now two weeks into trying to interact with Breville customer support with no progress. Great while it lasts but don't count on it doing so for very long.
