This oven/airfryer was great at first, its a perfect device as an oven for small spaces, especially for pizzas. But it sucks as an airfryer. Almost everything i cook in airfryer mode takes twice as long as what the airfryer recipes call for. The biggest problem though is the LCD screen, it never turns off, im referring the lcd icons, not the backlight. I purchased this in april and today in nov, just 7 months later after minimal use the display has died, rending this oven useless and destined for the trash. $400 will get you 7 months of use.

It has great features and the ones we tried worked perfectly.
Unfortunately, we only got to use it a handful of times before it started throwing an E05 error - which means there's an issue with temperature control, posing a fire risk.
I opened a support ticket with Breville.
The first interaction with support was prompt and friendly. I just replied with the required info, so it's a little early to assess the support experience.
I'll update with the resolution when we're through the support process.

The seal was warped and had to fix it myself. No one would answer my questions. It still doesn’t seal shut.

The glass on the door literally SHATTERED all over the kitchen counter, floor & the food inside. We were horrified! I would have returned it to the store, but it was past the time. I bought this for my mother. The first real time she used it, the thing broke. I called Breville. They sent us a replacement after we packed up the broken one and shipped it back to them. The whole process was about 3 weeks. We like the oven’s functionality, but the glass might break again at any time.

Worked great for the 6 weeks we've had it and we loved it but last night while using it to make a pizza, my husband heard odd noises coming from it and saw the LCD breaking and now it no longer functions. So very disappointing.
