The oven doesn’t cook evenly. Everything cooks on the outside first leaving hard crusty areas and not done in the middle. The air fryer is a joke. A large amount of steam escapes from the front. If you cook frozen fries, half are still cold. If you try to get them all to cook, half are too dried out to eat. It is just an over priced toaster oven and no better than the cheaper one that I replaced. Very disappointed after spending so much money. You also can only cook one item at a time unlike the video shows. If you try to cook two items, the top one will burn on top and not cook in the middle.The only positive is that it looks nice.
