A challenge to to use.

A total guessing game as to the temperature or time even though preset. None of the preset times worked with my recipes. Example a cake mix. The hardest small kitchen tool to get used to. I've been cooking for 58 years so I think I'm a good judge. My stove oven is broke so I have to depend on this one.

Nice Upgrade
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This oven replaces a previous Breville I have owned for 5 years, it is slightly larger and has the addition of air fry option. The oven itself is very high quality, which was expected, and the air fry worked very well; very nice to be able to "fry" food without using oil and having the mess to clean up. I will continue to use Breville products as for me personally to be able to get 5 years of service out of a appliance nowadays is extremely rare in my experience.

Good and does the job

I would get a protection plan on it. Otherwise it does it job overall...but I haven’t had for a super long time...so who knows how it’ll actually hold up in the long run
