    Perfect for small kitchen spaces

I'm baking lasagna in this oven as I type this review, and I couldn't be happier. With limited kitchen space and no dedicated stove/oven, this portable oven fits the bill nicely. I've used it nearly daily for over a year to bake pizzas, cakes, whole chicken, toast breads... you name it. The glass has not been a problem. I definitely recommend using a aluminum foil as a drip catch because cleaning the bottom interior of the unit is not fun if grease spills into there.

I had the Breville Mini Toaster Oven for several years until it started to get errors at higher baking temperatures. I like the oven overall so I decided to upgrade to the Smart Oven Pro. It’s much nicer with a larger capacity and nicer features and a light. So far it’s been working great!

I Love this oven. I had one before but I wanted to try a different brand just because it had an air fryer. I gave it away and bought this one again. It's just so easy to use.

    Breville Smart Oven Air

We purchased this to replace an older more basic Breville Smart oven which had become frustrating to use. (Had to press the start button repeatedly to turn it on but it still works.) This one has more features, is larger (will take a 9 X 13 cake pan), has 2 racks and is generally much more versatile. We use it multiple times a day as it is our 2nd oven which is why we were willing to splurge on it. So far (a month) it has been a tremendous improvement over the older one. Time will tell how long it lasts but maybe we almost worked the old one to death! Unfortunately neither small nor large appliances are built to last (due to planned obsolescence) as long as those from 40 or more years ago!

Great little oven for my counter. I appreciate that it is big enough to put in a whole pizza. The only thing I don't like about it is the loud beep it has when the oven is first powered on and the loud beeping that alerts you when your food is ready. There is no way to turn down the volume.

I bought this to replace a Cuisinart oven/toaster/air fryer. The Cuisinart began to malfunction after only 9 months when the dials would not work correctly until it got to a point where only the bake/convection setting was working. The Breville’s dials are to the side of the oven door so they should not deteriorate like the Cuisinart whose dials were above the door. The construction of the Breville is definitely more solid and the electronic display is far superior. The capacity of the Breville is also greater and easily accommodates 16 inch pan while the Cuisinart was limited to 12. One word of caution is that the Breville bakes items faster than the recommended time by about 20%. Overall it is a great product!

Just brought home the Breville toasteroven. Best decision I’ve made in a long time. It reheats, cooks and bakes like a standard size oven in a compact toasteroven size. It’s professional sleek design lends itself to any kitchen design is just an added bonus. It really does live up to a professional piece of kitchen equipment.

we moved up from the smaller Breville which served us well but we needed a toaster oven in our basement so we upgraded to this one. Its size is well appreciated and the additional features like the light and auto-opening tray(from magnets) are not gimmicky benefits.

I adore this toaster oven and so does the rest of my family. It makes amazing toast and it has other great features such as the warming mode, you can heat your stuff up so it is crispy and heated thru the middle without being burnt. The digital display is great. the extra racks and pizza pan are great. Have not tried to fry anything yet so I can't tell you how that works. I think this toaster oven will last a good long time. The only downsides are that the oven light doesn't stay on the entire time but there is a button you can press to see your food. Also, it's a rather large appliance so make sure you have room for it on the counter.

My last toaster oven cost about 50 bucks and that is what it was good for. This one is a lot larger and I have not used my big oven since I bought it. You get what you pay for and thus far it's worth the deal I paid (Black Friday $215). I would have gotten the even larger version, but it was too pricey for my budget.

Have had this for a few years I love it and prefer it over my oven only flaw I’ve had is unable to clean the burners properly so it does smoke a little after using it but once I figure it out I’m sure that issue will stop. Works quickly and Efficiently, food is warmed up perfect and evenly

Great toaster and great small counter-top oven. For toaster, heat is very even, no light spots or dark spots. The toast controls work perfectly for good white bread. Have used just about all of the features on the oven. A lot of experimenting with bread. Dinner rolls and mini loaves do very well. It is a little small for a regular loaf. The one I tried fit when placed in the oven but there was so much expansion when the baking started that it hit to top element guard. Continued with the experiment and at the end the bread had a groove through the top where it hit the element guard and was not really usable but it was cooked evenly and, except for the top, perfectly browned. Have also done pizza, rolls, biscuits, mini-loaves and Williams-Sonoma croissants all with perfect results. Have not used broil or slow cook functions yet. The outside of the oven can get very hot, be careful. It is quite easy to keep clean, much better than others.

This is a very expensive product. However, I must say it is one of the most versatile products I have ever used. It is very well made. The capacity is large. I can put 9 x 12 pans into the oven. The controls are very easy to use and logical. They recall the last setting you used, for example. It even has a two step mode, where you can have one action like baking that will be followed automatically by another like keeping warm. I used it in convention baking mode to make some sweet rolls, and they turned out excellent. I also tried the air fry mode, and that makes great french fries and more, without the greasiness and calories of deep fried cooking. This oven does so well that I have rarely used my main oven since I got it. It heats up much faster, but still has the capacity for most of my needs. If you don't mind paying more for a premium product, you should be very happy with this oven.
