This was an amazing movie, and I was really disappointed when it ended; there could be SO much more development in the character and story, but it needed to be "movie length" I suppose. Well worth the time!

I enjoyed this movie two times and going for three. The special effects are awesome and the twisted plot ? WOW !! I waited for this to go on sale and got a great deal ( in store ) at Best Buy. I strongly recommend this product.

I don't want to give anything away, but this is a great movie for comic/superhero fans. What a different perspective...I think we all have thought about this side of the story!

Absolutely great take on the Super Hero horror aspect. The movie looks at it as what if instead of being good, a super hero is bad. Sets up a possible sequel or a wider world that also could be made into a movie.

Had to pick this up. The Elseworlds or What if comics are always my favorites and I was more than curious to check this out. Superman as a scary creepy kid, and not raised by the Kent’s? Okay I really enjoyed it

Did not expect to like this movie when I first saw it in the theater, but, was well made and I was pretty engrossed in the story. Not recommended for small kids tp intense

Didn't know what to expect from this one, but turn out to be pretty good. The boy was a terror to be dealt with. Looking forward to the sequel The boy against the world

The only thing not making this excellent was it was not long enough. It could have used about 20 minutes more or so, but otherwise I thought it was a very decent film.

WOW.. . What a great surprise. Never even heard of this movie and came across the movie, flipping through blu rays and watched the trailer. Very good movie and a great price. A hidden gem.

Fantastic movie. A twisted view of how a person with special abilities/powers can cause carnage on this earth if they have an unstable mind. A very interesting take on a superhero movie

Evil Superman!!!!!! Amazing movie imo. I didnt know what to expect when i went to the theater nor did i know that it was rated R but WOW!!!! This movie was amazing, especially the kills!!!

Different take on super hero origin. It mimics Superman’s origin, but the kids is evil. I think this would have been a great movie to introduce Ultraman from DC Comics

Great movie. Imagine if Superman had landed and grew up with a loving family but something happens and he’s now an unstoppable Villain in a world with no heroes to stop him.

This is an exciting dark take on the Superhero Genre. Great story and great actors. A twisted version of Superman with a dark ending. Full of shocking scenes and great special effects.

This was a great movie. An anti superhero movie that hits all the right marks. So many little hidden nods to the DC universe. Strong film worthy of it's R rating. Again, excellent!!!

What if Superman was evil well brightburn is just that movie while not in the DC movie verse it is a very close representation of what it would be like to have an evil superman

If you are a fan of comics, this movie will seem like an okay Elseworlds story. If I didn't know the source material, i might have given it more stars

A quick, fun, exciting movie. The story is interesting and it's so well crafted at the same time. Highly recommend. The quality of the blu-ray is also great.

It was definitely like a dark Elseworld's tale. The twist and plot development kept surprising me, but it isn't for younger children.
