Defective espresso Machine

The bar gauge barely reaches the lower left side of gauge at the beginning pressure line, and won't go beyond that. The lower water pan quickly fills up with water.

Seemed like a good purchase, but has problems

It leaks badly underneath the espresso maker, so it can't get to pressure. The hot water wand would have been a nice touch. Customer service appears non existent. I can't even find a website for Brim. I would recommend avoiding and wish I would have seen more reviews suggesting the same thing. We are returning for a Kitchen Aid.

You need to read the manual to fully understand functionality. Do not get caught on negative reviews. I bet most bad reviews come from misunderstanding functionality. This coffeemaker is AWESOME.

The coffee tastes so fresh and just like you get at one of those expensive coffee shops. I would definitely suggest to buy the Brim Expresso Maker
