Really not very good

It said it provdies a high pressure. Howwever, it either provides too high extremly high or no pressure at all . Very hard to adjust to the right pressure compare to others

Machine Stopped Working

It lasted for 6 months. Customer Service was excellent. So I decided to give three stars. Just wish it had last longer.

I’ve had it for almost 2 months now and my fiancé uses it every morning and we’ve never had any issues with it. Great product.

Poor quality with profound leaking

Exchanged it for another machine. Second machine leaked excessively not only into drip pan but also in the back of the machine by the power cord flooding my countertop. I took the machine back to Best Buy and bought a different brand.

Short life

Made an expresso and set up to make a second when unit overheated and never came back on. Heating surface was too hot to touch. Returned to BestBuy for a different brand. Coffee from machine was good but quality of product was poor.
