Pricey, but Saves Money at Starbucks

Too Bad it breaks down after 7 months

Then, the pressure would drop randomly. We scoped out the troubleshoot guide and did the vinegar solution. To no avail, it was still delivering sub-par pressure. We tried every suggestion in the manual but no satisfaction. I brought it into a retail establishsment that sells a variety of expresso machines to get their diagnosis. They looked and found a broken part. I reached out to the manufacturer and they would NOT HONOR the warranty because an authorized rep may have tampererd with the machine. OK, sure, that could happen. I will NOT be purchasing a BRIM again.
