Brim Espresso Maker

It made good coffee until the steamer wand seal failed this morning from routine use. No parts are available to repair. We didn't purchase the extended warranty. BIG mistake. If you do buy this unit, get the extended warranty or get another brand.

It is worth the money just make sure you take the time to learn how to use it properly. a good bean grinder and grind your beans fine enough is a must(change bore grind size inside your machine if needed) I like that the materials are solid quality.

One Cup button doesn't work & Brim doesn't respond

I would change the design of the water tank, to something more 'water friendly'. Produces good steam, though it doesn't allow steam regulation. Unfortunately, the one shot button does not work. I reported it to Brim tech support, they have an automated response system - but then, no answer. I attempted 5 times, no response. Fail because of poor service.
