The one that I had originally ordered as a bundle deal would not fit in my kitchen and the store manager went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have a unit that would fit in my kitchen. I love it and so appreciate the manager's willingness to meet my needs and adjust the bundle.

One of the fan screens had a bent frame. On further inspection, one screw was missing from a plate cover. When it arrived there was a rattling sound (the hardware was loose in the box). I wondered if I had been sent a recycled vent hood. The product looked sturdy and well made however.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got this installed not even a week instal was meh they left screws on floor and blue wrap still on it, product specs on bby online says hood filters are washable they are not tried to get help got told they are not and then they are asked if they can replace the filters, got told talk to the company that makes it.no customer service

The grease filters should be cleaned frequently. Use a warm dishwashing detergent solution.
Grease filters are dishwasher safe. Clean all-metal filters in the dishwasher using a non-phosphate detergent. Discoloration of the filters may occur if using phosphate detergents, or as a result of local water conditions - but this will not affect filter performance. This discoloration is not covered by the warranty. To minimize or prevent discoloration, hand wash filters using a mild detergent.

When I turn it on it doesn’t ventilate and the fan makes a clucking sound. The hood is poorly made. It is not worth spending your money on it. I need to return it and get my money back.

I ordered this appliance back in May and it just arrived today after one failed attempt last month due to a faulty appliance and now they say it doesn’t come with an installation!!! How am I supposed to hard wire it??!!Don’t ever get something online from bestbuy. You will be miserable.

Why would you sell a this product without light bulbs? Nowhere in the description does it say BULBS NOT INCLUDED. It was delivered and was to be installed. not accepted and sent back with technicians.
