Yesterday I spent most of the day trying all the features of this scanner. I had to chat online, and I called two times customer service support trying to make the feature "send to an email" to work. I Still can't do it, since the operator told me that I have to call my internet service to get information (not Wi Fi username and password) from my provider to make it works...no sense, because I will use this product while I am traveling and the hotels won't give me these information for sure. The product comes with an Installation Manual and not with a User Manual. You are able to download the User's Manual, but it can't explain step by step how to make it works either. If I cannot make this feature to work, I will return it, because it will make this product the same as the small version that costs only $99.00 instead of almost $250.00. For now, I am a little disappointed.

We purchased this to scan receipts in an effort to get closer to paperless. The software is great. We do not keep the scanner plugged in at all times. When we unplugged it the first time (after testing it thoroughly) and plugged it in again, the computer didn't recognize it. Thankfully the Geek Squad figured it out.

Great scanner. The form factor is great for travel.

Overall, satisifed, and what I need at this time. Scans quickly, and does duplex scanning in one pass, unlike my old Brother All-In-One. The software is solid in my experience. The paper feeding leaves a lot to be desired, and the touch screen on the unit response time is a bit slow when moving from screen to screen.

Works well and doesn't take up any desk space. Love it.

Not Brother Quality. Paper jams often. Okay travel scanner but not worth the price. Worth $125 in quality. Not what I paid.

So far so good... This has many options and it is even dummy friendly, I havent made time to completely figure out all its options, but its working very well with just the basic options

This is my second time purchasing this Brother model of scanner and it is by far the best desktop scanner I have used in the last 5 years. I have tried the NEAT scanner and a few other Brother models, but this one is the easiest and most reliable to use on a daily basis.

I bought this for one of my job site superintendents, its compact yet powerful. The 18 page color double sided scanning makes payroll and anytime else a breeze. Its worth it for size alone, if you plan on using this at home it won't take up much room. So far so good and no complaints.
