We've been looking for a new scanner to replace my wife's Neat Desk scanner, which she absolutely loved, and it worked great. When it stopped working, we replaced it with the Wireless version. What a mistake that was. This is one of a long list of document scanners we've tried. It works okay, but there is no user friendly software out there for it. I'm not going to pay for software that should be free when you purchase these overpriced pieces of junk. We finally went with an HP All in One. It's not as fast as the dedicated document scanners, but the software is easy to use and FREE.

WAS WORTH THE MONEY. WE HAVE TO KEEP UP WITH RECEIPTS FOR OUR BUSINESS. WE HAVE OVER 600 RECEIPTS FOR A MONTH. THIS SCANNER HELPS SO MUCH MORE THAN THE LAST ONE WE HAD, IT SHOW UP SO WELL ON THE SCREEN WHEN I SCAN THE RECEIPTS. A GREAT PURCHASE!!!

I received this scanner as a replacement for another brand through best buy's replacement guarantee. That was a good idea. This one was very easy to install. I received an email from Brother telling me what to do after windows updated 10. That was impressive.

I really like the size of this machine. It scans very well. You can program it to scan several pages and save it as a PDF on your laptop. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I can not get it to scan directly into Quick Books.

I was skeptical about buying a scanner for my tax business. I decided to try it and see how it worked for my needs. I was and still am totally impressed. This scanner stood up to everything I threw at it and worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this item.

I've owned several HP printers over the years and not one has ever broken down. This printer was difficult to add in wireless so we connected it to the dock station by cable. Sold separately which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

This scanner is a very good scanner to take with you on the go and use. However would not recommend for business or office use. Does not do everything you might need.

I use this scanner for work on the road. I like the ease of use and the ability to scan directly to a USB. The only thing I don't like is when scanning to USB it will only let you put in 6 characters for the file name

Bought this for an admin in our company to use daily and she has been very pleased with it. It gets used every day to store digital copies of everything she does. It worked so well we purchased 4 more to use here at work.

I got this to use with my Pixelbook. The scanner connects to my network so there is no need to use USB or to install drivers etc. on my laptop. Scans go directly to my Google Drive in the cloud. Works great!

I had an older model that I found very functional. I gave this as a gift to help a busy person hopefully save a little time. The double sided scanning that can be saved to a network drive is the most useful feature.

Only used a few times, but seems to work well. Pretty good value (on sale). Would be nice to be able to scan larger documents, but would have to step up to a larger, more expensive unit.

If you are not buying an OLED or the newest Sony premium TVs, you are going to love this TV. I don't watch much TV, but anytime I watch, I find the picture, color and the HDR effect very appealing.

Auto-feeding scanning is really quick! I haven't even loaded the software. Windows 10 controls it fine right out of the box. You can even push scans to a PC from it, although slower than pulling scans.

The scanner jams often and cannot handle a stack of papers of the amount it says it can. It starts to pull them through together.

I had a lt of trouble setting up the printer. But once I got it going it scanned pretty well. not sure if I would recommend it though

This little scanner is awesome. I can open my mail, stack it up, and run it through. Then, I can separate the whole PDF into individual files. Now, I don't have a paper file cabinet anymore!

Many features make this the best option for me, having other brands to compare prior to purchasing this one. Upload directly to server/drive, flash drive, computer. Wired, wifi, etc.

Works well for basic scanning needs. The cloud functionality is useful as long as you have the bandwidth to support sending al those files thru your ISP connection.
