This has to be the best portable scanner ever. My all-in-one stop scanning years ago so I needed to find a stand alone portable scanner to scan invoices to my laptop. This have proven the best investment I have made in years. It doesn't take up much space on my desk and it scans directly to my PC.

We have 28 photo albums not digitally backed up. Best Buy blue shirt helped us select the unit efficient enough to digitize 4000 photo prints. Stack 20 pocs, hit go and bam, on the hard drive. As fast as we can unload from the albums and replace, the scanner has them on the HDD.

I bought this scanner to replace a Neat Desktop scanner that I lost the software. Very small footprint and easily fit on my very crowded desk. This scanner is fast despite of the it's size. I am really enjoying it and plan to buy another one when budget permits.

In my quest to find a decent duplex scanner I gave this one a shot. It didn't work so hot. Paper was always getting jammed. Pulled 3 or 5 sheets at a time, then jammed. Consistently. I really wanted to like this scanner. But in the end it was way too flawed. I can overlook a lot of minor details but this one just plain didn't work.

This scanner does a good job and has a small footprint on my desk.

Easy set up and great for travel. I got this for my husband for traveling on business.

It may be due to a lack of experience with these things, but it was very difficult to set up this unit with the limited instructions given. However, I have finally mastered how to enter information and it is working fine! It is not as "automatic" to enter receipts, etc. - but not having knowledge of other machines of this type I can't really say that this is a bad thing.

This scanner is small and compact I can take it on my business trips

This is not marketed for photos, but I took a chance. It does a great job. I can scan small batches of photos in less time than one on a flat bed, it is flat enough that it doesn't damage old photos, and it doesn't cost a huge amount.

This product is simply great! Easy to set-up and operate, both on the road at hotels and at home. Wish I had purchased this sooner than I did.. Highly recommend this scanner; scans are crisp and clear, for Color or B & W!

Works great for multiple 8.5x11 pages, but munches the occasional receipt. No big deal, though, you just then put it in the carrier and scan again. The BR Receipts software is pretty lame though.
