My biggest complaint it leaves too much whitespace on the labels you print and wastes tape by default. You can adjust the margins to narrow, but it still prints a 1-inch lead on the first label you have to cut. I have an older Epson label maker that is no longer made that does not do this.

Posted .We are sorry that you are having issues with your Brother PTH110 machine. There is one inch of space between the print head and the cutter blade in the label machine. The layers of P-touch tape must pass through this space, so one inch of tape must feed before the label prints. This is the design of the printer and we will not be able to change it, but you can adjust it using the chain print option:
