Software comes on a CD; it's not available to download for Macs. Tried to setup with Windows 10 after hunting for the right download, and also from an iPhone. Neither could find the device. I give up.

This is not my first NAS. I am not a novice to networking, either.
I spent several hours, on my own and with tech support, to no avail. I am using Microsoft Edge as browser in Win10. First, I could not get the firmware update to load. Second, I could not get into settings to configure the NAS. I was told first to try IE, still didn't work. Next, I was told to install and try Chrome. Still didn't work. Finally, I was told to install and try Firefox. Still didn't work. After all of that, I was told to return the NAS because it was "defective".
