It never happened. For the second time, BestBuy sent a team that said, ‘we cannot do this because a special crew is needed for a built-in refrigerator The first contact from the company insisted they had not made a mistake to the point of rudeness, despite having told them where to find the order in my order history.

The third party the did the installation was not good. They showed up unprepared by not having anything to protect the floor so they said I had to re-schedule the installation for a minimum of one week later. This caused be significant problems and delays because this was new home construction. And then to top it off, they left the all the packing material which I was told they are supposed to take with them.

They did not install the water line, they did not have the correct connection and left. Later they call and said their not coming back. You can ask the man that call me why he decided not to install it.

It's been 2 months and it still isn't done. The latest visit they brought the wrong item. They installed the trim in the morning and it fell off and hit a guest that evening. The good news is that she wasn't hurt. They won't be back for another month with the replacement parts.

Connected with our existing copper water pipes with out any issues

necessary unit needed to safely connect water line to our new refrigerator to avoid leaks.

fridge is better than my expectation, however, installation cannot be appreciated. it was installed not straight. the edge trims of both upper end are curved in. and, the upper end is not only not level, but, also showing large gap between cabinet and the trim. not acceptable installation. someone is to come back to correct it.

I have no complaints. They delivered, but I had to install.

The 3rd party delivery company is terrible. Didn’t show when they were supposed to (came early) and then left after waiting 2 minutes. Spoke to the driver who was very rude and clearly wasn’t inclined to provide any service whatsoever. Very frustrating experience.

We had to buy our compression fittings from Ace hardware store to connect compression fitting, a type of coupling used to connect two pipes or a pipe to a fixture or valve. The compression ring had to be replaced with a plastic one and the compression seat how to insert a metal tubing inside a plastic hose so we would not collapse.
