BestBuy asks review of unperformed service

For the second time, BestBuy sent a team that said, ‘we cannot do this because a special crew is needed for a built-in refrigerator The first contact from the company insisted they had not made a mistake to the point of rudeness, despite having told them where to find the order in my order history.

Third party installers not good

They showed up unprepared by not having anything to protect the floor so they said I had to re-schedule the installation for a minimum of one week later. This caused be significant problems and delays because this was new home construction. And then to top it off, they left the all the packing material which I was told they are supposed to take with them.

Later they call and said their not coming back. You can ask the man that call me why he decided not to install it.

Install nightmare

The latest visit they brought the wrong item. They installed the trim in the morning and it fell off and hit a guest that evening. The good news is that she wasn't hurt. They won't be back for another month with the replacement parts.

bad installation

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.fridge is better than my expectation, however, installation cannot be appreciated. it was installed not straight. the edge trims of both upper end are curved in. and, the upper end is not only not level, but, also showing large gap between cabinet and the trim. not acceptable installation. someone is to come back to correct it.

Delivery service is totally unacceptable.

Didn’t show when they were supposed to (came early) and then left after waiting 2 minutes. Spoke to the driver who was very rude and clearly wasn’t inclined to provide any service whatsoever. Very frustrating experience.

Water connection for GE monogram Refrigerator

The compression ring had to be replaced with a plastic one and the compression seat how to insert a metal tubing inside a plastic hose so we would not collapse.
