If you're at all handy this is an easy do-it-yourself job. Avoid the hassle of scheduling and waiting for the appt.

Service was excellent, came in their window, they gave to us. They were updating in their an application too.

Technician knew what needed to be done but was not well equipped.

Sometimes it's a good idea to replace parts when your getting a new appliance unless of course when you have already still in pretty good shape Had to replace the old one because it was not in good shape anymore I was glad I was able to purchase the new 1 from those guys

Great job on installation. The two man crew took their time to make sure the appliance went in and was installed correctly, and with no damage to the existing structures.

Chris did a phenomenal job with the installation. He had to come back twice and spent the extra time to explain what needed to happen for installation. I can’t say enough good things about him.

Best Buy's communication was perfect and the workers did an amazing job. They put our KitchenAid in (even had to do some minor modifications to our wall).

The installation team was on time and the installation went ok. However, they could not find the kickplate for the refrigerator. In fact, it should be on the top of the refrigerator, according to the user manual, but the installation guy did not look at it. Now, I have a $10,000 refrigerator without a kickplate!

This is the second unit we purchased because the first one that was delivered was assembled poorly and had several defects. This is the latest version of the refrigerator we replaced, but it is nowhere near as spacious as the old unit. Overall I would never buy one again, but due to the type of unit I didnt have a lot of options. Next time I will not buy a Frigidaire Refrigerator. I will get Sub Zero or a better brand.

Tim and his crew from 7th Ave were amazing! They were kind and professional, and did an outstanding job installing my replacement fridge. Highly recommend!

I bought the refrigerator together with the wine cooler last December (2021), the refrigerator was delivered in June, however the built in wine cooler that needs to be installed together still has not arrived yet. So they can not be installed now. I have been told different estimated delivery dates and I still do not know when I will ever receive it. I do not think that I will ever buy anything from pacific sales of Best Buy ever. Whoever wants to buy from them, make sure that you have assurances that you will get them in time. I can not cook as the hood also has not arrived after I paid for it last year. Terrible experience!

Best Buy should hires different contractor who installs appliances for them. The guys who installed my appliances did really bad job.

Poor knowledge of product. Unable to schedule all appliance installation at the same time. Very inefficient use of the customers time. Would never use Best Buy for appliances.

The installation procedure is great and really quick,, Also delivery was right on time, and it took just a jiffy to proceed and get on with the job, all that making sure that Covoid-19 safety procedures were followed.
