i really like this Monogram product. I am however waiting for a promised gift card.

I bought the refrigerator together with the wine cooler last December (2021), the refrigerator was delivered in June, however the built in wine cooler that needs to be installed together still has not arrived yet. So they can not be installed now. I have been told different estimated delivery dates and I still do not know when I will ever receive it. I do not think that I will ever buy anything from pacific sales of Best Buy ever. Whoever wants to buy from them, make sure that you have assurances that you will get them in time. I can not cook as the hood also has not arrived after I paid for it last year. Terrible experience!

This got delivered on June 2nd and is sitting in my garage. The first team came out and didn’t have the expertise to perform the install. The second team came out with too few men (needed 4). Best Buy took no care to ensure that the proper team would be there for the install either time. Third time will be 7/5. Those sent are pleasant and professional, but Best Buy fails to send the proper teams to do the job. Don’t pay Best Buy for an install if it’s not free, hire a third party company.

Buyer beware! If you buy high end appliances from Best Buy, the installers are not qualified to install! The level of service is well below expectations. Spent over $20,000 on appliances and the Geek Squad/third party installers had no idea how to install. Paid $1000 for a licensed installer instead of using Best Buy’s. THE ONLY saving grace was Dylin the install manager. He is a rock star.

The installation procedure is great and really quick,, Also delivery was right on time, and it took just a jiffy to proceed and get on with the job, all that making sure that Covoid-19 safety procedures were followed.

Do not get their 3rd party installers. They absolutely don’t have any knowledge on how to install Dacor products. They messed up our highly expensive Dacor refrigerator that was supposed to be panel ready. None of the panel are aligned properly. They are blaming the improper wall so I paid them extra to get the wall fixed but still no they couldn’t do it. Also, the bracket over which aluminum panel goes to hid the brackets, installers couldn’t get it installed properly. I called Dacor technician to fix this issue and they blamed it on the panels. After spending so much money on the product, we are so much frustrated as customer after spending so much money that we are not getting our money’s worth….

This is needed by the installers, glad it came as a bundle. Would not want to be short when it’s installed

They are very useful and easy to use for my place.

I purchased all built-in professional Thermador appliances: 36" gas range, 36" built-in fridge, 18" hood and dishwasher. I paid close to $1000 for installation service through Best Buy. The installation company sent only 1 guy to install all of these items. I ended up having to pay my contractor to help install the range and hood. My contractor's subs: cabinet maker & electrician ended up installing the dishwasher, and my refrigerator has yet to be installed. We move in tomorrow. I recommend these products, but DO NOT PAY Best Buy for installation of any kind. Get your contractor to do this for you!

The delivery men were awesome they took my old fridge out and brought in the new one .they had some cool tools they were working with . Fast and quiet .

They scratched and dented my unit whit banging it against the wall. They were supposed to level the in-unit and damaged it. Would give negative stars if possible.

Nice installation, they maneuvered it down the narrow kitchen into its spot, balanced it, and it fit nicely

The process has been a nightmare. Every time they come something happens. They installed yesterday, they assured me that they connected the water but that I could not use anything related to the refrigerator for one day. Today I tried using the water dispenser and see that there is no water. SOOOOOOOO frustrating.

all work done was great, wiring looks good in my opinion

The installers were polite and very knowledgeable. They handled the refrigerator carefully and slowly to avoid damage to my property
