I have had 2 different single serve coffee brewers and this makes the best coffee yet. Either option I use has been excellent. Using the pulse brew ensures a bolder cup even when wanting a larger serving using the same amount of coffee. The brewer options are very easy to use and clean. As per Bunn, the water is always hot so when you add water, its ready to go. I'm sold on Bunn.

Love this coffee maker. Very easy to use. Can use kcups or grounds. Coffee is very hot. Like it better than any other coffee maker.

I didn't give it 5 stars because the water must be exact and poured into the machine each time. So no reservoir. Otherwise coffee from k-cups is great. Haven't tried grounds nor flat pods yet. Water is hot as is coffee. When my Saeco in the kitchen dies I'll likely purchase another of these. This is in my upstairs bedroom so I don't wake the household on the weekends using the Saeco.

I really like this coffee maker. It is very quick and brews a perfect cup of coffee in seconds. I also have tried loose leaf tea and the single shot K-Cups. It is a pain to store all of the attachments, but I love that I can brew whatever I want. I would definitely recommend this coffee maker.

I like coffee. BLACK coffee. My wife doesn't like coffee. ANY coffee. So it has to be single serve, This is the only single serve maker I've tried that makes a dark, rich cup of coffee (thanks to the Pulse feature).

This is a great single cup brewer. I love the pulse feature for brewing a stronger cup and the drawer for brewing our own ground coffee, which is much cheaper than Kcups. My wife also loves the hot water tray for hot chocolate and oatmeal.

Excellent product and very versatile. I considered other brands prior to selecting the Bunn My Café, but chose it because of it's easy use and versatility. Really enjoying the K-Cup option and have had more coffee at home in the last month than the last 10 years. While a regular coffee drinker at work, coffee at home just never tasted as good. If you like having your Starbucks every morning - buy this machine and enjoy it at a much lower cost. I definitely recommend making the investment in the My Café by Bunn.

I bought this for my office at work and was pleasantly surprised with qualityo the machine. It brews a much better cup of coffee than my Keurig I have at home. The resulting cup of coffee is both hotter and stronger. If you are looking for a great single cup brewer this is it. Please note you can not. use distilled water in this brewer. The machine will simply not work.

Able to use Kcups; Grounds; Pods; Water. Very fast to heat. Works from 2oz to 14oz

Love the Bunn coffee maker with many choices. You can switch drawers from ground to K cups. The coffee is smooth although I would like it hotter.

I like the Bunn my cafe single cup brewing station, however when I click in the attachments, it doesn't always actuate the machine, so I have to push it in,and take it out a few times before it will brew. I really like the fact that you can switch between ground coffee, k-cups, tea bags, pods, and just hot water. It's a truly versatile machine, just need to work out the the bugs.

A quality name Bunn and such versitality. I can use my own coffee, k cups, pods or use for hot water Super fast brewing and simple to use.

This is a fantastic single serve coffee maker. The pulse brew feature makes a strong flavorful cup of coffee. Takes k-cups, grounds, tea/coffee pods, or just hot water. This is definitely a brewer to recommend to others!

Not only uses k-pods, makes excellent tea with commercial tea bags, has cup for fresh ground coffee beans. . It is a true work horse. I gave up on the nationally known k-cup machine, too many problems, pleased to have found this one.

Switched from my Cuisinart single cup to this....much better brewer quality, better coffee, smaller footprint on the counter.

This coffee maker is very versatile. It brews kcups as well as ground coffee. I love the quality of the taste; it's better than Keurig. The smaller size of the machine looks great on the counter, too!

When the best coffee you've ever had is the one you brew, you've got it right. This Bunn does it right for me.

Best coffee maker... This is the second one I purchased for another house. Love it!!

works great, easy set up and very happy with the way the coffee tastes.

My husband wanted k cups, but I wanted to use tea bags. This was the best of both worlds for us.
