Poor quality

I was always apprehensive about ordering frozen deliveries and this is why the steaks taste like cardboard. The fish that was sent is very chalky and not fresh at all. Totally unacceptable.

Getting what I paid for is a on going nightmare! I've been DELAYED and deceived at least three times .They can't keep track of their inventory!!!! The warehouse and delivery need to be completely reorganized. +
