It's great, just wished it had more hmdi slots for more devices

This product come in handle when I have a limited hdmi ports

I love the Caavo - Control Center!!! It makes watching TV much easier! I can switch devices so easily. The only thing I don't like ....is that it only works with Alexa sometimes. I will probably cancel the $1.99 membership when it is about to expire, because those features only work sometimes.

Good idea to switch between devices, instead ofusing more expensive Audio/video receiver. The drawback is using the remote requires annual subscription, which was a surprise and not acceptable at all. I ended up returning it for that reason.

Would not work reliably with Cox cable. Initially worked, but lost connection. It would only turn the cable box on and off. It would work with my Roku device, but it was very awkward for search and selection. It appeared to work with my Sony Blu Ray player, but I did not actually test it with a DVD. Did not test with Amazon Fire Stick. That wouldn't be fair, because The Fire Stick has always been a clunker. I do believe it is a great idea. It just doesn't function very well. I returned it and purchased a simple 4 hdmi switch. This works fine, I just have to keep several different remotes handy (what I was trying to avoid).

Neat concept but the remote absolutely sucks. I need real buttons on a remote, not virtual buttons I have to search for on screen. I’m just not into talking to my remote. Sound like it would be fun, but it’s not.

This is a neat concept however it requires a monthly fee which was not clear on the front end. It might be my fault for not seeing it but I did not know that there was a monthly or annual fee involved with using the service.

I was hesitant at the beginning but the Caavo exceeded my expectations by light years. This product is far superior to anything I've ever used and would tell anyone that was considering anything else that they should seriously look at the Caavo, it's magic!

Concept is great, but doesn't work consistently well. Setup can be a pain, but when finally set up, devices don't always turn off and on together, thereby having to have original remotes close by anyways to synch it all back up again. When it works, it's great, but can't rely on it to work error free for more than a day. Customer Service is not very helpful, bunch of young kids who have to ask someone else to help them all the time. Bought two, couldn't get either to hook devices up properly, so I returned two after Customer Service couldn't help get them working as intended.

I don’t know how I feel about this product. it’s a great splitter passed 4K but I never really truly enjoyed having it hooked up. Maybe, I’ll hook it up again and see if it’s worthwhile to continue with using it.

Still cannot believe I was able to snag this puppy for the unbelievable price that I did. It is so powerful and the best hdmi switcher I ever owned. But it is so much more than that... definitely more than worth it!!!

I tried several universal remotes until now (even Apple TV) and still kept manufacturer remote near by when needed. This solved the issue. Software so user friendly and remote is so good and I feel in live with it.

Good in theory, but this device just didn't work with all my devices. It was not the panacea that they said it would be for being able to find anything I wanted to watch or listen to from any of my devices. Also, something I did not know when I purchased was that it required a subscription and that they basically can monitor everything you watch. No thanks... took it back after I realized all this.

Fantastic dynamic. Flawless transition between apps. Connects to Echo with Alexa!

Compared to major players like Alexa this device did not cut it. It is a great HD switch but needs improvement on the voice recognition.

I’ve been so busy with work and looking for a new place that I haven’t gotten it setup yet. I’m looking forward to seeing how it works and not having to use multiple remotes!

even though the product says no subscription needed , they offer 1 month free and you are kind of forced into this free trial. Without credit card I could register and couldn't move beyond registration page. Returned the product.

The unit does not control all televisions or sound bars as advertised. It recognizes my tv abd sound bar but couldn’t control volume.

It just works. It does need an improvement on the software. Once they improve the software, this will be better. Just a hdmi splitter with software that needs improvement.
