For those who don't know, this is basically a mid range Fisher Paykel knockoff. Cafe and Fisher Paykel are both owned by Haier. With that out of the way, let me just start by saying that this is a good unit, but not perfect by any imagination. Here are a few things I like and dislike about it. Like: 1. The drawer feature is absolutely awesome. It is at a very good height. The upper drawer gets used so much more compare to the bottom one as I don't have to bend over. 2. The DB reading isn't that impressive, but it really is a quiet unit. A lot of times you don't know it is running because it is so quiet. 3. It looks absolutely awesome Cons. 1. At the normal regular setting, it doesn't wash the dishes all that well. I am still playing with the detergent setting, but I see a lot of dirty dishes from this drawer compare to my previous 8 years old unit. I will try to use a higher setting and more detergent and see if it will change. 2. The control kind of sucks. Half the time it just beeps and you really don't know what is going on. I wish they made it easier. 3. Plastic tub, yuck!

Would give it 5 stars, if I could work it better...had to download directions-this one is a bit different from any other that I have had....directions are a bit vague-sometimes it does what I think, othere times not. Cleans really well, must use premium detergent. Sooooo quiet!! And beautiful!!

Very quiet and easy to load. I love having option to wash separately. Also love the way dishes load and not having to each way down and back.

Really enjoying the double drawer. We don’t have a lot to wash and having the option to do smaller loads are great. It’s easy to adjust the inside to wash what we need.

I bought this dishwasher as an open box sale. Best Buy offered the best deal. They were even able schedule delivery, installation and haul away. During the installation, their techs were very professional and did the following: haul away of my old dishwasher, change airgap, change water gasket (at an extra cost due to corrosion) and install the new dishwasher. This dishwasher is a major upgrade from my old one that came with the house. Very quiet, dries very well, I love the knock open feature to add things you forgot during a cycle, and the drawer system. There is plenty if space and you can run both at the same time or just one.

Dishwasher is nice, looks good. The two drawers are different but works efficiently. Cleaning is very good so far. We chose this drawer model instead of the model with door because door could not fully open with our new Cafe double oven. The door would hit the oven handle. A bit pricey but looks very good. Easy to use. A little learning curve at beginning. Installation was well done with no issues.

Very quiet when running. I prefer the separate drawers for ease of washing small or large loads. Loading and unloading is less intrusive to kitchen space since there’s no open door to block the passage area.

Great Machine! House of two people. ** I Always rinse dishes and and do clean out filters. My units runs each drawer runs once/twice daily. Highly recommend, having both units is game changer. It sure has some quirks, but, overcoming them is not an issue for me.

The install was a little tricky but not bad. My wife loves not having to fill the dishwasher to run it. the independent control for each drawer makes all the difference. It's quiet, never shakes. You don't know that it's on. Very satisfied.

I love love love this dishwasher!! It’s quiet and easy to use. I love that i can always have half of the dishwasher available for more dirty dishes even if the top half is running.

Once Geek Squad helped me figure out how to turn it on, I fell in love with it. Loading it is a breeze. No more bending over with my dishes to load and unload. No more racks that come out of alignment. Perfect for seniors. Very quiet. They do need to figure out a way to show you when it is finished. I just go by time.

Absolutely LOVE this dishwasher!! I love the two drawer system... Washing smaller loads is just fantastic and bigger loads if I want to also!!! It's very pretty too!! Plus was the excellent service Best Buy gave to us!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the dual drawer functionality, near silent wash and the aesthetic. Unfortunately, this dishwasher clogs very easily and we constantly have to disassemble the gross parts, clean them and reassemble. Also, the racks just don't hold very many dishes.

We LOVE this dishwasher. Very quiet and the drawers are perfect for an awkward space in our kitchen. Highly recommend this product and Best Buy's excellent service.

Im not sure why it prefers powder then pods and you have to put those in a little tray. Using powder creates a haze on glasses. Still a very nice unit

They clean and dry dishes, so they perform the task expected, but we also appreciate the bonus features: racks are easy to adjust, simple to take apart to clean the interior and food filter, and the best part, dishes are dry but not volcanic levels of heat immediately after the cycle ends. Be sure to read the manual to understand adjusting settings. Only complaint is that our large cutting boards don't fit.

Strictly the dishwasher. Nice product, similar to the f&p. Feels more solidly built. Bottom draw is not as tall as top. No visable buttons when closed. If running remember to knock first. Hope it lasts 15 year like the F&P did. Purchased when bestbuy was having a sale. Otherwise would have bought a f&p (fisher &pakel)

At first I was hesitant to buy this dishwasher, but my husband persuaded me because there was a very good discount on it. but then I realized that it was a great choice. I almost never wash dishes by hand, and the two compartments are a real lifesaver. Dishes do not accumulate and wash well. I recommend it to everyone who regularly uses a dishwasher and does not like to wash dishes with their own hands)))
