We LOVE this dishwasher. Very quiet and the drawers are perfect for an awkward space in our kitchen. Highly recommend this product and Best Buy's excellent service.

Im not sure why it prefers powder then pods and you have to put those in a little tray. Using powder creates a haze on glasses. Still a very nice unit

Great product easy to use and looks exceptionally good.

Strictly the dishwasher. Nice product, similar to the f&p. Feels more solidly built. Bottom draw is not as tall as top. No visable buttons when closed. If running remember to knock first. Hope it lasts 15 year like the F&P did. Purchased when bestbuy was having a sale. Otherwise would have bought a f&p (fisher &pakel)

They clean and dry dishes, so they perform the task expected, but we also appreciate the bonus features: racks are easy to adjust, simple to take apart to clean the interior and food filter, and the best part, dishes are dry but not volcanic levels of heat immediately after the cycle ends. Be sure to read the manual to understand adjusting settings. Only complaint is that our large cutting boards don't fit.

At first I was hesitant to buy this dishwasher, but my husband persuaded me because there was a very good discount on it. but then I realized that it was a great choice. I almost never wash dishes by hand, and the two compartments are a real lifesaver. Dishes do not accumulate and wash well. I recommend it to everyone who regularly uses a dishwasher and does not like to wash dishes with their own hands)))

Love the dual drawer functionality, near silent wash and the aesthetic. Unfortunately, this dishwasher clogs very easily and we constantly have to disassemble the gross parts, clean them and reassemble. Also, the racks just don't hold very many dishes.

The first had a bad water valve, Best buy was great they came unintalled it and had a new one installed. The new one work wonderful it is a great product, and best buy was wonderful to deal with

Very quiet and easy to load. I love having option to wash separately. Also love the way dishes load and not having to each way down and back.

From the moment I got it, it was problematic. It would stop working, didn’t wash well, had problem after problem till the 13th month of owning it that it completely stopped working only to find out the motherboard stopped working and since my warranty ended the 12th month it was going to cost (with discounts) $900 to fix. I’m so disappointed because it’s absolutely beautiful.

Love the cafe dishwasher. Was not sure I would like 2 drawers but works out great if smaller load for weeknight dinner. Plus we had our first get together with friends since buying and was wonderful to load dirty dishes and wash one drawer while still cooking and working on second drawer.

It was love at first wash! We love the features it has and the ability to run to loads at the same time is great! Anyone that comes over is fascinated with it and thinks it’s wonderful! We have had no issues with it and have had it for about 6 months or so! Highly recommend! And it’s very quiet!

I absolutely love the two in one dishwashers. It is a "treasure". My family thought I spent to much on a dishwasher but I love it and I will continue with the brand when replacing my appliances.

Buyer beware! I bought this because of the ability to do two small loads. Since the beginning it did not work. It did not dry the dishes. GE sent a company to the house to fix. The gentleman was rude and disrespectful. Needless to say it wasn’t fixed. Called GE again, another company came out. The rinse aid dispenser didn’t work. Ordered the part, came again. Now I couldn’t run both machines at the same time. One would flood. Called GE again. They had to order all new brains for the machine. They came out again (by now they’ve come over 5 times) and the wrong parts were ordered. GE won’t refund or replace the machine. This has been a nightmare. Regretting spending over 24k on their appliances every day!

I have had this dishwasher for 6 months and I love it. It cleans my dishes as expected and I love the convenience of a drawer rather than a door on this appliance.

Currently on my 4th one!! First one was perfect looking, but bottom drawer woukd not run. Second one was perfect but best buy had no clue how to install and it fell out, scratched my floor, was crooked and when they went to put it back in, they dented it. 3rd one came horribly dented directly in middle. 4th one (installed in march 2023) was finally perfect perfect. No scratches, no dents, ran well. Guess what, it stopped working 2 days ago. Power gone, no electrical issues in plug outlet. Just dead. And now, even though i purchased the extra warranty, best buy tells me there are zero dates available to schedule service for it. What does that even mean??? So, as a single mom of 3, i am on my 4th unusable dishwasher, (first originally purchased over 1 year ago!) with zero response or support. Very bummer too bc when this 4th one did work, it was gorgeous, quiet, cleaned well. But now ive gone crazy from it, so i guess not worth it?? Best Buy and Cafe... i give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great dishwasher to add to your house. Two separated compartments make it easier to keep the dishes going. However, if you get it installed by BestBuy makes sure they have it leveled.

I waited for it for so long, but it was so worth it! It's beautiful; I love that I can use one or both drawers at the same time; it's very quiet and has lots of options to place the dishes. Love that I can pause it in the middle of washing the dishes. Have I mentioned that it looks so good?

It takes some getting used to organizing the drawers, but super nice to be able to run loads separately

We really like having the two drawers that can be run separately. The design offers many loading options with folding racks in the bottom and sides.
