I had this fixed a few times already and it never runs correctly or if at all. The water is always smelly and had the tech come out twice to try to fix it. Now it has so many error code its ridiculous.

This GE Cafe double drawer dishwasher is great and very quiet and does an excellent job washing and drying the dishes. And it looks great in our kitchen.

Dishwasher works ok, is quiet though get's confused often. The lack of a simple reset button is a design failure. Ordered ridiculously overpriced black replacement handles to better match kitchen and 5 months later still have not received. Horrible for such a high priced appliance.

One of the worst buy I have made in my experience. The first unit was defective they the installers charge to replace my relief valve charge me over $125 but the actual probel the new dishwasher. Was replace its working so far but the Wifi and instructions was not provided.I feel that the unit that was installed is a refurbish unit please confirm that

From the moment I got it, it was problematic. It would stop working, didn’t wash well, had problem after problem till the 13th month of owning it that it completely stopped working only to find out the motherboard stopped working and since my warranty ended the 12th month it was going to cost (with discounts) $900 to fix. I’m so disappointed because it’s absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely love this dishwasher. The functionality with two drawers is amazing!

We ultimately couldn’t install this unit since our dishwasher cut out was non standard and placed further from the sink/drain. Other than that, the finish and design was nice. We went with the standard door version.

We love this dishwasher! The option to do a smaller load and the quiet operation are wonderful. Our dishes come out spotless! Would highly recommend!

You can not use pods or liquid detergent in this dishwasher! only powder (it is like we live in 1970's) You need to use a rinse aid in the compartment that is very poorly accessible. No lights anywhere to indicate where you are in the cycle, unless you open it. It does not start by itself when you open it, you have to press start again. Even my 25 year old dishwasher had that feature. Normal cycle takes 2 hours to complete! No manual comes with it, you think for a machine this expensive you should get some information. The water collects and remains in the bottom dishwasher, and stinks over time, and the company says "it is normal"! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This product is the best dosheasher ive ever had. Highly recomended. It even arrived 1 day before delivery date.

One of the few double drawer dishwashers available and it has been very good.

Buyer beware! I bought this because of the ability to do two small loads. Since the beginning it did not work. It did not dry the dishes. GE sent a company to the house to fix. The gentleman was rude and disrespectful. Needless to say it wasn’t fixed. Called GE again, another company came out. The rinse aid dispenser didn’t work. Ordered the part, came again. Now I couldn’t run both machines at the same time. One would flood. Called GE again. They had to order all new brains for the machine. They came out again (by now they’ve come over 5 times) and the wrong parts were ordered. GE won’t refund or replace the machine. This has been a nightmare. Regretting spending over 24k on their appliances every day!

We just had this installed and we are very happy with the dishwasher. It is well made and pretty quiet.

Not able to use liquid dishwasher with soap meant for dishwashers.

This dishwasher is very hard to learn. It comes with a quick guide or you can download the book to learn how to use it. I like the fact that I can run small loads and not have to use the full appliance. Making the choice of buying this one was great for me.

at first we loved the dishwasher, it is a beautiful design and very quiet with the option of washing a small or large load. it scratches and dings really easily. if a utensil falls and stops the spinning jets, it doesn't alert you but finishes with the dishes still dirty. i wish the the larger drawer was on the bottom then the top. and almost two years in, it breaks down with techs scratching their heads. get the extended warranty . we're going back to kitchenaid

do not buy. i thought we were going to love this. stopped working after a year. collects mold because it’s plastic inside. i host a lot and thought it would be nice because of the 2 drawers, water never empty’s. terrible design

This unit looks beautiful and is quiet. Those are the pros. The main issues we have with this are: 1) there are two drawers both of which could be dirty, running, or clean. We are a family of five. there is no way to tell whether either drawer is running (and it's very quiet), so constantly someone opens a drawer while the machine is running, and then may not restart it. So we constantly have to start the cycle over again. After spending 1000$ on this unit to match our other appliances, we have had to put magnets and sticky notes on both drawers to ensure people know if it's running, dirty, or clean. It's not the sleek look we were hoping for:) 2) even when one of the drawers does make it through a full cycle, often dishes are not clean. The racks on the sides especially tend to leave cups and glasses filthy. Silverware is also routinely dirty at the end of a cycle. 3) The "adjustable" racks broke within a few weeks after installation. we have tried multiple times to reattach them and they fall apart- and when they fall apart, the dishes do not clean, often parts of the racks prevent the machine from spinning, leaving us with a mess of wet dirty dishes.

Flooded the kitchen after first use. Didn't act fast enough for Best Buy to rectify they sent me to manufacturer. They came in and said it was out of warranty because it was old. Not happy with Best Buy for installing it to begin with and now I have to fight with GE.
