I love the design and the fact that you can have two separate dish washers specially for small loads, this is a great solution. It takes some time getting use to it, as it does not have any indicators that is running and because the noise is almost nothing you have to get really close to check if it’s running.

Regarding the product, it functions extremely well, cleans extremely well and is very quiet. Intuitive controls. It is a very good dishwasher. But, the reason you may be considering purchasing this is not so much for the fact that it cleans dishes as well and does so quietly, it’s likely because you want to determine whether or not this is a smarter way to keep your kitchen, tidy, and operating efficiently. That was my biggest concern and, after approximately one month of Use, I am very pleased. There are my strategies as to how on my best to utilize to independent dishwashers. What seem to work best for us is this: As a family of four, including two 10+ year old children, I can attest to the fact that everyone can adapt to whatever system you decide upon. I would highly suggest really, considering what makes the most sense in terms of how you will utilize the two units. This worked for us: Breakfast: typically in our home, the same core dishes are used every day for breakfast. Thus, the bottom unit is reserved for breakfast items. Each morning we wake up to a clean bottom dishwasher of breakfast dishes. From there, we pulled them out and use them as needed for the morning, not putting them away, but just pulling them out and setting them on the counter in preparation for use that morning. Once everyone is done with breakfast, those dirty dishes are put directly back into the bottom unit and started. Then, they are ready again for tomorrow morning. We do not touch the bottom unit for the rest of the day. We use the top unit for lunch and dinner dishes, which vary from day today, more so than breakfast. Each night, the top unit is run and ready for unloading in the morning. Those dishes are put away in the cabinets, leaving the top unit empty for reloading after lunch and dinner. This this way, there is no reason for dishes to ever accumulate in the sink. So, what does this accomplish? 1/3 of all dishes being used in a day are never put back into the cabinets We always have a place to put dirty dishes (top) If, we are rushed in the morning and don’t have time to put away the dishes in the top dishwasher, it’s no problem, because we can still put breakfast dishes, directly back into the bottom unit, without creating confusion of “ were these dirty or clean?” Likewise, simply pulling out a drawer is more efficient than a typical process of putting a dirty dish into a dishwasher. You simply pull the core out to place the dish. On a typical dishwasher it requires more steps. Lower the door, pull out the rack, place the dish, Put the rack back in, raise the door to close. This may sound very silly, but when you do this so many times a day, it really does improve the efficiency. Likewise, you don’t have to be bending over all the time to lower the door and then raise the door. It truly is a better solution.

First time with the drawer dishwasher for me- it has its advantages- smaller loads and efficiency but dish placement needs to be just right to maximize the cleaning. The install was easy, and it works quietly and effectively. Plastic instead of stainless interior on a high end item seems wrong, but the drawers are lightweight and easy to work with. Slow delivery time, but GE cafe has a nice look to it and worth the wait.

Really enjoying the double drawer. We don’t have a lot to wash and having the option to do smaller loads are great. It’s easy to adjust the inside to wash what we need.

Very quiet when running. I prefer the separate drawers for ease of washing small or large loads. Loading and unloading is less intrusive to kitchen space since there’s no open door to block the passage area.

the thing never drains right on the top drawer, the buttons are hard to use and seem to have a mind of their on and its difficult to know what mode is what. for something made in 2025 you'd think they could make this way better for 1200 dollars. its a pretty dishwasher and that's it, doesn't work well.

Would give it 5 stars, if I could work it better...had to download directions-this one is a bit different from any other that I have had....directions are a bit vague-sometimes it does what I think, othere times not. Cleans really well, must use premium detergent. Sooooo quiet!! And beautiful!!

I bought this dishwasher as an open box sale. Best Buy offered the best deal. They were even able schedule delivery, installation and haul away. During the installation, their techs were very professional and did the following: haul away of my old dishwasher, change airgap, change water gasket (at an extra cost due to corrosion) and install the new dishwasher. This dishwasher is a major upgrade from my old one that came with the house. Very quiet, dries very well, I love the knock open feature to add things you forgot during a cycle, and the drawer system. There is plenty if space and you can run both at the same time or just one.

It looks great, and the double drawer is convenient for sure. But even if I tried all of the cleaning mode, this unit just doesnt clean well compare to a normal dishwasher. Plus you will need to put in twice the detergent for a normal load with two drawers.

The install was a little tricky but not bad. My wife loves not having to fill the dishwasher to run it. the independent control for each drawer makes all the difference. It's quiet, never shakes. You don't know that it's on. Very satisfied.

This unit looks beautiful and is quiet. Those are the pros. The main issues we have with this are: 1) there are two drawers both of which could be dirty, running, or clean. We are a family of five. there is no way to tell whether either drawer is running (and it's very quiet), so constantly someone opens a drawer while the machine is running, and then may not restart it. So we constantly have to start the cycle over again. After spending 1000$ on this unit to match our other appliances, we have had to put magnets and sticky notes on both drawers to ensure people know if it's running, dirty, or clean. It's not the sleek look we were hoping for:) 2) even when one of the drawers does make it through a full cycle, often dishes are not clean. The racks on the sides especially tend to leave cups and glasses filthy. Silverware is also routinely dirty at the end of a cycle. 3) The "adjustable" racks broke within a few weeks after installation. we have tried multiple times to reattach them and they fall apart- and when they fall apart, the dishes do not clean, often parts of the racks prevent the machine from spinning, leaving us with a mess of wet dirty dishes.

Once Geek Squad helped me figure out how to turn it on, I fell in love with it. Loading it is a breeze. No more bending over with my dishes to load and unload. No more racks that come out of alignment. Perfect for seniors. Very quiet. They do need to figure out a way to show you when it is finished. I just go by time.

Well made and very easy to use. I love the double drawer. Always have another dishwasher to use when one is full.

I love love love this dishwasher!! It’s quiet and easy to use. I love that i can always have half of the dishwasher available for more dirty dishes even if the top half is running.

Great Machine! House of two people. ** I Always rinse dishes and and do clean out filters. My units runs each drawer runs once/twice daily. Highly recommend, having both units is game changer. It sure has some quirks, but, overcoming them is not an issue for me.

It looks great, it functions well. The two-drawer system allows for doing small loads without having to run an entire load like from a traditional washer. It's great, and i highly reccomend.

Dishwasher is nice, looks good. The two drawers are different but works efficiently. Cleaning is very good so far. We chose this drawer model instead of the model with door because door could not fully open with our new Cafe double oven. The door would hit the oven handle. A bit pricey but looks very good. Easy to use. A little learning curve at beginning. Installation was well done with no issues.

Absolutely LOVE this dishwasher!! I love the two drawer system... Washing smaller loads is just fantastic and bigger loads if I want to also!!! It's very pretty too!! Plus was the excellent service Best Buy gave to us!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
