Beautiful appliance! Features auto fill water, one drawer bottom freezer with 3 tiers of shelves, interior brightly lit, exterior is stunning and easy to clean with windex. Only negative is that the ice maker bin is small. I fill a zip lock bag with cubes and store in freezer.

Beautiful ! Nice and roomy and very clean looking!

The inside is all gray instead of the standard white everything. The gray with bronze accents make it look very stylish. Also, the water thing on front has an auto sensing fill function which is just fun and convenient. I love it so far!

Works fine (at least the aecond one they delivered). Does not get as cold as the settings state on the refriigerator section.

Roomy refrigerator. Love the middle part that can be used as a fridge or freezer. Inside lights are AWESOME

The refrigerator is beyond beautiful. It is highly functional and easy to use. Temperature of drawer is often colder than the setting but the refrigerator and freezer are good.

Would give less than one star if possible. Refrigerator has already quit cooling less than 3 months after purchase. Quite an expensive piece of junk. Before it quit yesterday, my rating would have only been 3 stars. Drawers do not close smoothly, you have to push them all the way in manually. I understand that it doesn’t have self-closing drawers, but even if you push a drawer and let go I would expect the door to have momentum to shut itself. This is quite the opposite, it almost stops itself from closing all the way. Another annoying thing is the temperature of the water it dispenses. Not cold at all, not even as cold as tap water. I really expected more from a $4k+ refrigerator. This one missed the mark. I would return it, but patently it’s too late. I have a GE repairman coming Friday from a completely different state. Fingers crossed it is something simple and we get our refrigerator back running.

We spent nearly 4 weeks checking out replacement refrigerators for our 12 year old Kitchen Aid model. We loved the space efficiency, space and backlighting Ithe fridge. So far so good!

The fridge is beautiful, it really is! But it’s not worth the money. I purchased this in March didn’t get it till end of April... it is now December and the ice machine broke. Got it replaced under the manufacturer. One month after the ice machine was replace and now the fridge is making a load noise. I haven’t even had this fridge for 8months and it’s already falling apart . It’s really frustrating. This whole experience makes me really sad.

Beautiful refrigerator my grand kids love the water dispenser. The light in back makes the refrigerator so bright on the inside. Nice having refrigerator with no handles

Horrible experience with this refrigerator. I purchased it 8 months ago, refrigerator stopped working 2 months ago. It completely stopped cooling top and bottom, and ice machine stopped working as well. GE has came out twice to replace parts and my refrigerator is still not working. I also reached out to Best Buy since I also purchased the Total Tech Warranty, best buy technician came out once and was unable to fix it. I've called several times to get it replaced and they are now giving me the run around saying they don't have techs to come out to repair it, but that they are also unable to replace it. What am I supposed to do??? I've been without a working refrigerator for 2 months and have lost money on food that went bad multiple times. This is so unacceptable!

I am posting this review of Best Buy here because they are no other avenues to have someone address my issue. I ordered this refrigerator in December of 2023. It was backordered until May of 2024. One delivery day, I noticed that there was a sizeable ding in the side of the fridge near the bottom. This was not acceptable on a new $4000 fridge. The delivery person put me in touch with Best Buy "Product Resolution" while they were still in the process of installing the fridge. The Best Buy Product Resolution person said that we could either have the delivery people take the fridge back and re-order another one OR accept a $1200 gift card as compensation. We decided, given the long wait for the current delivery, we would take the gift card and live with the damage. Two weeks later I received a Best Buy e-Gift card for $120, not $1200. I called Best Buy Product Resolution and talked to a barely understandable woman who said that $120 was the maximum they could authorize and we WOULD NOT be getting the full $1200 they had promised. If I had known that Best Buy would reneg on their promise, I would have had the delivery people take the fridge back on delivery day and bought it elsewhere. If you are reading this review and thinking about buying this refrigerator, I highly recommend you buy is somewhere other than Best Buy. They are a nightmare to deal with. I purchased a full set of appliances from Best Buy along with this fridge (stove, dishwasher, microwave) and EVERY SINGLE ONE has been a hassle to have delivered and installed.

Great! Love the color scheme as well as the options for storage. The spacing and the shelving worked out very well. i only wish, that the drawers were soft close.

it’s just another regular fridge. It has some features that I will never ever use. The wi-fi feature is useless since you can only adjust the temperature from your phone - useless feature in my opinion.

Only problem is it has something on the front glass. Not sure if it is a scratch in the glass or from the protective seal but it won’t come off

Had to scrap an old kenmore and none of the new models would fit in our space. Still bulky but great use of space and functions

Love the item and it is what I expected. The interior of the fridge is really amazing.
