Bad product and support

It stated malfunctioning after 10 months and it doesn’t cool now. Imagine this happening during summer! GE sent someone but so far it’s been a month and I have no end in sight.

Horrible experience

I was talking to the general manager of the beat buy store in Waukesha on blue mound rd about my horrible experience. He was supposed to call me back 2 weeks ago!!! This is beyond unprofessional. I will not be back. For the fridge the people who delivered it managed to drop it a few times so we will see how bad it looks when we remove it from the box... so let down by this process.

Not a good buy.

Poor quality for the price

Next, the washing machine was left in the middle of the kitchen. Despite installation is free. The brand new linoleum was broken under the refrigerator, The frame of the apartment was damaged. The wall of the apartment was damaged. The middle part of refrigerator chiller is crashed

Freezer is no good

Very Disappointed.

When the replacement unit was supposed to come it had to be rescheduled and I was not notified. A BB rep said I would get compensation and call me back on the same day and she did not. This continues a long series of damaged product including a washing machine and other family member purchase items that were damaged as well as the delivery crew damaging the their home. Very Disappointing

GE Cafe Refrig. unreliable & Lack of GE support

Within two years, the compressor failed twice. GE replaced the compressor the first time, but it broke again within 3 months. After the second breakdown, they only offered a small discount on a new unit instead of a replacement for the refrigerator. They expect us to BUY a new refrigerator within 2 years of a HIGH END CAFÉ Purchase. For a high-end model, this lack of durability and support is unacceptable. Compressor issues are apparently common with this line, so I expected GE to take responsibility. Sadly, I can’t recommend this refrigerator if you’re looking for reliability and value.

I purchased this unit 5 months ago and now its bro

Do Not Buy this unit!!!!
