The fridge is beautiful, don't get me wrong. But there are some obviously glaring issues with the fridge. The first is quality control. My unit came with the freezer drawers scratched up really bad. This wasn't due to shipping since nothing in the freezer could move around during shipping since it was packed nicely. The biggest complain is I opened up a ticket with the manufacturer a week ago and have yet to get a response. I'm glad the people at Best Buy are so amazing, they followed up asking me about my fridge delivery/install a day or two after installation, and I told him about the scratched drawer and he has a replacement coming out this week. The next issue is with the middle flex drawer. The temps are not adjustable, i.e. the 'beverage' setting is locked at 32 degrees and cannot be modified. Most diet beverages freeze at 32 degrees :) I woke up with 4-5 cans of diet coke having exploded. Kinda beats the whole purpose of a beverage setting if most of the beverages on the market are going to explode at that temperature. And since it's 'smart' (read dumb) it's a pain to remove so very difficult to clean. Ice dispenser also just makes a mess. Ice dispenser is very high up, but no matter who close you get the rim of your container/glass/cup to the ice dispenser, ice will be all over your floor.

We LOVE this refrigerator. It is spacious and we enjoy the convertible drawer. The glass doors are sleek and easy to care for, We like the water and ice features. The ice cubes are normal size which is a plus.

Beautiful fridge and it's quiet. It's nice that this fridge has wheels on it so it's easy to move around.

This is the 4th GE refrigerator since June! The 3 others were Profile and had issues with the freezer! Decided to go with the Cafe and so far so good!

Great fridge! I was so excited but a week of using the water area already has lots of scratches…. So sad about this!!

This is my favorite fridge, ever. I will admit, not having much door space is a bit difficult, but once i learned how to organize the inside to accommodate, I fell in love. The smart autofill feature is super helpful when you're on the move, or a mom with her hands full like me. I find myself forgetting about the drawer in the middle a lot, so this might not be a feature for everyone. Its wildly convenient for kids snacks, chilling wine, or some of the produce that spills over. I've had it for about a month and no complaints so far, though time will tell.

I can’t believe how spacious my GE Cafe is! Simply love it and how beautiful it is. Now wanting the rest of the collection for my kitchen.

Stunning addition to our kitchen. Fridge has lots of features (e.g., middle drawer, adjustable shelves, lighting) that make it easy to keep the fridge organized.

At the time we purchased the GE cafe it was an out of the box item. I asked if the item was a return and I was told tha definitely it was not a return. When they delivered the refrigerator neither the water or the ice maker worked. We tried to get someone to come out to fix it which turned out to be a much bigger task than we thought.

Great working and looking unit. With WIFI i have this unit talking to my Alexa now so if someone leaves the door open we all are alerted.

LOVE the modern look of the this refrigerator inside & out. Arrived out of box with severe damage to back frame. Had to return. NOTE: Make sure the frige can fit though your kitchen doorway.

Its been a dream experience with this fridge for the almost 2months that I've had it. Beautiful accent to my kitchen and veeery functional experience with it.

Modern Glass refrigerator probably best investment I ever made. Inside it’s a gray color with a gold trim...control of the middle draw whether you want the freezer or the fridge ...nice perk to have!

Great interior capacity compared to similar-looking refrigerators from competitors. Looks good, works perfectly. All good! We'll be buying additional Cafe appliances shortly.

We loved it and still do; purchased 2022;delivered April, 2022. Just freezer has stopped freezing for the second time. Last year had to have it serviced and the tech said it needed a software update. The online app for this appliance says there is no update available this time.

nice and shiny. The wifi function is a bit overkill, does not have any other useful function other than adjust back light.
