This was a replacement for our Samsung not so smart fridge. The stainless steel doesn't smudge that much compare to my old one. Inside is bigger and the added Keurig was nice but it does take a while to heat up. I also agree with some of the owners that the coffee splashes and I know this is normal thanks to gravity. The one thing that I didn't like with this experience was that the delivery guys delivered the fridge and connected the water line. They left without taking out the packaging inside as well as the plastic on the fridge. I called customer service and she put me on hold and hangup. The last fridge I had they took out everything and ready to use. I'm happy with the fridge also with the added WIFI capability but not the service I received from Best buy.

I will start positive and say that the features of this fridge are great. It looks sharp, keeps the food cool and at temperature, it is easy to use and for the months that the hot water was not leaking through the inside of door over the electronics it was great.
The first time we had the fridge was in Dec 2017 and it lasted about 10 days till we heard a loud "Pop" and the hot water heater started leaking water through the door shorting out the LCD display. Thankfully i convinced GE to send a same model replacement vs appointments to repair.
The new replacement fridge has had techs come out about 7 times to replace various parts, at times the same part has been replaced. and it still is not fixed. There is a design flaw in this Keurig model where the electronic components are located below the water and ice features on the inside of the door. WHEN (it's only a matter of time) there is a leak there is no place drain the water other than to fall down on the electronics and then through bottom of the door. With that said i feel there is limited life longevity with this model.
My customer service rep has been very cordial and helpful and she has put up with me very nicely, likewise the GE Techs have been very nice and professional . It is time that GE either address the design flaws or comes up with a mutually agreed upon solution other than continuing to waste everyone's time replacing parts waiting till their warranty period is up.
