This review is not for the fridge only Best Buy Geek Squad and Best Buy customer service) When delivered my fridge had a dent and scratch on one door. The delivery team said I could get a new one or a discount. I said why cant they just replace the door and they said they can. So on 11-21-25 they placed an order for a new door for replacement on 12/2. So when that day rolls around they call and verify they would be there and i asked if they had the door and they said not they needed to see the damage get the model number and so forth (they already have that and I was told on 11/21/25 that they were ordering the door) that was already verified by the delivery team and reported by them. as damaged. Well he had no door. So now I guess another trip when they really have the door. What horrible customer service!
