    Great fridge, the auto refill pitcher is a great feature for the family. Only wish is the ice drawer was bigger.

      Even with the level legs set at the lowest position the unit should not touch the floor. The legs should be touching the ground, not the body of the refrigerator.     Amazing Largest refrigerator we have ever had. Its just so big and the depth allows us to store so many items. The drawer is a huge plus.

    Note this is a Best Buy review and not a review for Cafe refrigerator. I can’t review because Best Buy messed up my order so badly that they never delivered on the October 25th scheduled delivery date. Long story short Best Buy is like oh no big deal you can easily change delivery dates no problems we do it all the time. All of my items showed in stock ready to deliver. They bumped my delivery date back almost two weeks due to renovations. I was rescheduled for October 25th and lovely Best Buy decided hey let’s give away her dishwasher and cancel her ENTIRE delivery of SEVEN Cafe appliances and better yet let’s not even contact her to let her know about. Or as a matter of fact it sounds even more fun to tell her when she calls in that yes all is in order for her delivery on October 25th and just not show up! Making it even better when I reached out to my sales consultant two days prior to delivery date he told me he was TOO BUSY to call me. Guess spending $15k + on appliances alone doesn’t mean much to Best Buy. When I said that’s OK just have someone call me crickets no help at all. When I did finally speak to someone from the corporate office on October 24th they told me the dishwasher would be back in stock October 31st but they couldn’t schedule me until November 16th due to other deliveries already booked. Finally they decided to squeeze me in on November 9th as a favor. Wanting to cancel the order the corporate employee gave me her email address to reach back out via email, two email attempts and she still has not responded or called me. Anytime I call the corporate phone number I get the general call center. I get the pleasure of speaking to a hardheaded person that I can’t even understand who is insistent on trying to help with the order even though I tell them I was advised by corporate to not let anyone but them touch the order. After being promised return calls here I sit and no one has called yet. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO ONE CAN BE THIS BAD WITHOUT ACTUALLY TRYING TO BE!!!!!!

    Freezer Drawers Stick

    Refrigetator Depth Issue

    Love the item, but it turned out to be too deep for my space. The sales person and should have told me there were two different depths for refrigerators so I could have checked to comfirm I needed counter depth before delivery. The delivery guy could have done the same before installation.

    Honestly thought this refrigerator was great but it's very very expensive to start. This was delivered to me in December of 2024 and June 2025, I already needed to have it serviced. Very annoying

    My frizzer is a month old and the truth is I'm not happy because the water jug ​​always leaves a few drops when I open it and I don't like that there are marks that something is not right

    Refrigerator was beairtiful. Unit would not draw water. Ice maker didn't operate. Freezer shut off and all my food thawed. Unit was a lemon.

    Bought it in November 2023, 3 month later ice maker makes train noise , I got it fix then now in December 2024, last week water stopped working, changed my water filter thought it was the reason and the led screen up top said “ERR” and water isn’t working still.

      If you are receiving this ERR code. It means no filter is present or the wrong filter is installed. The display will automatically reset when the fault condition is corrected. We would suggest checking the troubleshooting tips in your use and care guide (Page 10 and 38) that we can link here-https://content.syndigo.com/asset/a6fec550-cc62-42ab-9a0d-375ea85ab356/original.pdf. If you find after troubleshooting that you are still having trouble, then we would recommend having one of our service technicians out so they may properly diagnose the issue.     Less then 4 months old and already needed a filter, even after replacing the filter it stopped filling the water jug and the ice machine completely stopped

      We appreciate you reaching out to share your experience. if you have not already done so, check the following: -- Make sure the water filter cartridge is seated correctly in the cartridge holder prior to rotating into housing. The teeth on the filter should be seated in the grooves in the holder. -- If pitcher is not detected, remove the pitcher and reseat it into the dispenser. Make sure it is seated properly. -- Make sure the float inside the pitcher is free floating. If the float is stuck, hold the lid upside down to see if the float moves in the track. If ice has formed, run the lid under warm water to melt the ice and increase the fresh food temperature. - You may also wish to check with the reseller to determine the warranty on the filter. If these issues continue, we recommend calling GE Appliances Service at 1-800-432-2737 to schedule an appointment to have this checked out. We're confident our service team can help. cafe_appliances

    The product is what we are looking for, but the manufacturing of the product is bad. The inside of the fridge was scratched really bad on round one. This is round two, there is scratches all on the inside. This is not on Best Buy, let me make that clear. But GE need to get there assembly people on the right page. We are three times in this one fridge.
