ZERO STARS- DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY

I was tossed around from agent to agent and then sent to the store, who told me they needed an order to reference to assist me in store. My order had been cancelled, so there was no order to reference and they had a representative call me, that was able to place place the entire order again with all of the discounts we receive when we originally ordered the appliances. The fridge was delivered without issue, on the scheduled date (Best Buy Scheduled the delivery dates). The Range and Dishwasher were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday December 16th between 7am-7pm, but I received a text at noon that the appointment was cancelled. NO NOTICE, which is completely unacceptable and poor business practice. I wasted an entire day of PTO and didn't have appliances in order to host Christmas. I was informed by a supervisor that my delivery would be expedited to Tuesday December 30th, and that delivery was never actually scheduled by the supervisor or best buy employee. Again, I put in for another day of PTO and the appointment wasn't scheduled. Now I am being told the next available time is January 10th, so I can request another day of PTO and still not have appliances delivered that I have already paid for. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!

Beautiful from the front, but it does not push all the way in my cabinet space and the sides are BLACK! Its only about an inch but its sticks out because its BLACK!! I went to the store and picked this out!! Nobody told me it was 2 colors! after I received it I looked online and the matching refrigerator has black sides also. That would really be noticable! I just wanted white appliances!!! Its a shame the look takes away from the use!

Best range we ever had.

Besides looking great it is packed with so many features that we were not aware of at the time of purchase. Who knew? I am gluten intolerant and will put the proofing drawer to great use. Fresh bread cannot be beat. Being able to cook frozen foods straight from the freezer. I am going to stop here. There are features that we will discover over time.

Do not plan to use food warmer feature in the drawer under the oven. This is because I need the space for pots and pans. I prefer to not have my range on my wifi. So have not done that. Overall the oven works well as well as the stovetop. Wish it had been on sale.

Pros-burners actually simmer, glass edge to edge easier to clean, knobs AND screen on front easier to keep clean, sliding rack under the broiler (we make pizza frequently). Dark racks in oven don’t show the ugly as much. Cons-sits a bit higher than counter at its lowest? 5.7cu feels small after 6.3
