Looks gold in pictures kinda coppery

Long wait for delivery. Slow response to fix minor

Actual date was October 11th minus a power cord. Power cord delivered and connected the next day October 12th. Then apparent was a problem with the switch that controls upper oven light. It’s cracked and broken. Went to the store on October 13th and supposedly a work order draft was entered. Today is Monday, October 17, and having heard nothing I called the store. They’ll “follow up” and let me know. We’ll see.

It is normal for the cooling fan to turn off and on to cool internal parts. It may run after the oven is turned off. If you still feel the sound of your unit is abnormal, we recommend that you review page 32 of your owner's manual for further assistance. Have a great day! - Don@Café
Double door trouble

First one came in and oven wasn’t working (fan in back of oven was hitting the metal frame). Best about arranged another to be delivered and that too had a problem with something hitting the metal frame. Best Buy attempted to replace by reordering but the 2 door was backordered 3 months. Now I’m forced to accept a single door oven because it’s the fastest way to remedy the fact that I haven’t had a functioning stove for months! I spent over 7k and now I have to settle? The manager at Best Buy went above and beyond to make me happy and I appreciate that…. But I am still settling

Looks good wish it worked

Installed September 11 never used it until today on Thanksgiving and the Oven fan is coming off the shaft or the shaft is bent metal on metal rubbing. Bestbuy has zero support with the $159 warranty coverage. Bye bye bestbuy and GE moving on
