It is so much bigger and has more room than I old range and they are the same size. The GE Cafe' style looks beautiful in my kitchen. The only complaint I have is the sound signal is too quiet. You can barely hear it. Hope they do improve that future.

Posted .We always want to provide a quality product and great experience, and we’d like to help. While your model is compatible with Wi-Fi, and connectivity can add a lot of convenience to your cooking experience, the unit doesn’t require Wi-Fi to work. We do suggest connecting to Wi-Fi periodically in order to take advantage of the latest updates and add features like Air Fry to the range, but the unit itself does not require Wi-Fi to function. A manual with instructions, cleaning information, troubleshooting tips, etc. is available; you can view that on our Café Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page.

Cafe` Convection gas range

Thank you.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Meaningless apologies and the wasted HOURS on the phone across so many support reps with STILL no actual resolution? The installers left a gas leak from their shoddy installation telling us the smell was just the normal new appliance smell and we should just burn off the oven for an hour. I fear what actually would have happened had I not opened the window and ran our fans all night. Our local gas company confirmed things could have been fatal when they came the next morning for an emergency call due to the overwhelming odor the next day. On top of this, and in my opinion, a little too coincidentally, my credit card was compromised (and used to make purchases at Best Buy I did not make) shortly after I provided it over the phone for the conversion of natural gas to liquid propane for the appliance as the installers stood outside my office while I paid. If you value you life or that of others in your home in any way, I strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere for your appliance needs

She’s been cooking a lot since I bought it and still so happy. I never thought this buy was going to be perfect it for her and our entire family.

You can download a manual or call GE Customer Service. I called and the GE Rep was SO VERY helpful! She walked me through the many functions and “fixes”, and even ordered a New probe for me. Mine was becoming disconnected. When it works, it’s spot on! The little black burner caps become discolored quite easily. It salt or sugar gets in them they tend to mottle and glaze.

Still learning about the features this range offers. When I used the oven to bake, I had to adjust the temp in the settings section because it wasn’t getting hot enough for 350 degrees. Once I Reviewed the instructions online and made the adjustment it worked just great. Not sure why I needed to do that as I have always known from my kitchen aid range , once it’s plugged in you are ready to bake, cook etc. like I’m sharing it’s new and I’m learning. I wish it would have come with printed instructions.

The display went blank and oven shut down 10 days after delivery. We are within the 15 days of sale so we requested an exchange. Horrible filing the claim and exchange with Best Buy. I understand the delays due to stocking issues but that has zero to do with the lack of communication and customer service being provided. The salesperson in the store indicates that they are not commission based which leads to zero customer service after the sale.
