The product is delicious and I drink it every morning. My only caution is for those that own a new Keurig that only recognizes Keurig brand K cups. Although all purchased boxes were Keurig K cups, one box had labels without the white rim. I don't know if that was the trouble, but my Keurig would not recognize it and refused to use them. For Chai Latte, it wasn't a big problem as I just punctured the lid and poured the powder into the hot water. Luckily the coffee K cups that I bought did not have that problem.

This is my favorite flavor! No sugar needed, it is the perfect recipe.
