Premium Quality Toaster

There is no other toaster that is built with this much quality and design. If your looking for a toaster that is high quality and looks great! Look no further! You honestly will want to leave this toaster out on your counter rather than hiding it away because it looks cheap or outdated. The middle (main) dial is pretty cool with its light settings. The crumb tray is on the side rather than being in the front or rear like a typical toaster. The crumb tray is also chrome and has a click in and out mechanism. The heating elements pack a punch but evenly and perfectly toast your bread item. Quick mode will put on additional heating strips to toaster your item faster! It literally has more heating watts than many larger toaster ovens! Pretty cool! I will never be able to use another! While simple you are getting good even heat and well built and design quality.

Ours must be defective
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We really like our GE Cafe gas stove & refrigerator and were happy to find their matching toaster available online at Best Buy for a great sale price and free shipping. It arrived within a few days of ordering. It looks great and has a lot of features, but unfortunately seems to be defective and we will be returning it to our local store. It is the 2-slice model. We thought it might be us and have read & reread the operating instructions and tried sandwich bread, English muffins and bagels. We think the heating elements on one side are the problem because they barely glow as brightly as those on the other three sides and it takes several minutes for anything to pop up regardless of the darkness control setting - and when it does, it could be barely warm or blackened.

I paid more to get something quality. However just in the past month, fewer heating elements were lighting up. Now, at the highest setting we can only get very light toast. So its replace,ent time.

Garbage
